Not to mention he won in Niagara when he was 61. Which to me means he used aas into his 60s and a competition caliber dose and he is now 86. So the whole aas cut years off your life I don't buy it now the combination of insulin, growth and diaretics thats a different story

Except that Albert Beckles wasn't really that old according to bodybuilding historian Joe Roark.

Al Beckles was a badass! I think he was over looked too many times, but that's the IFBB. You had blow the Weider's to Win or look like Arnie or Haney.

Beckles to this day has one of my favorite physiques to this day. Damn those arms!
