I need some advice and direction on where to go with my cycle. I have been taking 500 mg of test c and 500 mg of deca along with 350 mg of d-Bol per week. In total I have 15 weeks of test/deca and 6 weeks of dbol. I was looking to add in something toward the end of my cycle to bulk an harden. I have a hard time gaining size and haven't seen much for gains, I'm 5'9 and 180lbs. If someone could point me in the rite direction on whether I should stay the course or add to the cycle. Thanks
 
If your not gaining on that combo either your diet sucks or your gear is fake or severely under dosed.
How many calories are you consuming a day? Have you gotten any blood work done? What do you have planned for pct?
15 Weeks is pretty long cycle man. It's going to take a while for the deca to clear your system.

How long have you been running your current cycle? You stated you have not seen much for gains which seems odd considering the gear you are running. Also most of the time it's a diet issue that needs adjustment. Give us a idea of your diet,how many cycles you have done, training routine ect. Hard to give you any solid advice without knowing these things.

I second what bigstretch said here, but my opinion is that your diet sucks. Even without gear, starting at 180 and training + eating like a mofo for 3months, anyone would have put on a lot more weight and strength than you imo.
 
I've done a few cycles over the last couple of years, I've used a few different brands and usually the same result, not much for gains.I eat my face off at least 6 meals a day until I'm ready to puke. I'm working a night shift job that's 12 hour shifts so I have long days and I'm limited to food because its a fly in camp. Diet is deffinatly a factor, being on nights the food is in reverse I have dinner for breakfast after the gym and then a 12 hour shift followed with breakfast before bed. The gear I'm on is Innovagen and I know it works because the guy I get it off of is jacked and won a few shows and he won't take anything else.
 
I'm about 6 weeks into my cycle and I'm getting blood work next week. I could always change things up after my dbol is finished which would be 7 weeks in. I'm open to any suggestions, I'm new at this as you can see. I plan on taking HCG, clomid and nolvadex for my pct.
 
how old are you OP? If I was you I'd probably skip the gear and spend the money on chx and red meat. You haven't indicated what your workouts look like either. If you want to build MASS on a 180lb frame, my suggestion would be lift like 3-4 days a week and all compound exercises. Squats, Deads, Cleans, BB upright rows, b/o rows, and cut all cardio. Just lift hard and heavy, sleep at least 8 hrs a night, and be a monster at the table. Sounds like basic stuff but I've seen high school kids put 25 lbs on in a summer once they stopped doing curls and started doing deads with a puke bucket...
