915lbs deadlift @ 210lbs

Yuri Belkin pulled 903 in comp at 220lbs, beating Ed Coans all-time record. This was just over a week ago. And the week before that he pulled an 897lb (I believe) at the us open.

This is true. If you are gifted with pulling or squatting you're golden. Bench is just bonus lift in my opinion.
Ive never put any effort into squatting and 695lbs was my pb. I always liked pulling because it took a hell of a lot training and effort to bring it up. And yes i agree benching is cool pulling is better lol

I love to squat. Pulling does take a lot of effort and training. Just amazing how we are built. Pulling numbers 700+ are good numbers. I'm probably at a little north of 550 pulling maybe 600+ by end of this cycle we will see.

Yeah man first time i ever did squats i was hitting 3 plates. I was naturally strong growing up worked construction with my step dad at 13 carrying bags of thinset and shit all day. Some of us are just born this way.

Genetics bro. Some fuckers are just built strong as fuck. Dude in my gym was a body builder. But he is fucking cock strong.

I've seen do one warm up set on bench then hit 500+ for reps like it 135.

I've never seen him squat or truly pull. But I've seen him just pulling 505 for reps. But this dude would be a SHW in powerlifting. He's 300+ pounds.

As a kid he set state records in powerlifting.
