Sorry I didn't put my Friday refeed days breakfast 2 cups oats 10 egg white, meal 2 100 g carb from brown rice 6 oz fish, lift.... Post lift 1 cup dry weight white rice 150 g carb 8 oz talpia, meal 4 6 oz chicken 6 oz sweet pototoe 1 cup broccoli, meal 5 8 oz chicken 1 1/2 cup broccoli, meal 6 2 casein. So obviously on this refeed I hit about 400 g carb and lower protein and keep fats minimal.
