52 jumping back in to sport after 30 years

I was here a few weeks back ready to do a show in October. Had some God imput from some other voices..Glad I listen..feel better and I am ready to hit the stage for the first time in 30 years.
Again thanks for the input of other on my BF% ...hitting back to back shows November 4th and 11th...wish me luck.
