3/10 ml cc syringe question

I'm kind of bad at ze maths and I have a straightforward question. Say I want to inject some Melanotan 2 @ .25 mgs with the 3/10 ml cc.. how much would I fill up in the syringe? It is probably a stupid question.. but it is better safe than sorry.

Okay...I've never used melatonin so I see you need to reconstitute it. This is going off of the assumption you have a 10mg vial. To reconstitute you would add 1 ml (100 units) of bacteriostatic water. So, at the 10 (10 units or 1/10 of a ml) mark you would have 1 mg. To get .25 mg you would go between the 2nd and 3rd hash mark. Make sense?
