16 year old gyno disappearing but nipples protruding

Have been taking 60mg raloxifene for half a year. It's helping with my 16 year old gyno. I recently added 5mg tamoxifen too.
I'm lean 12% bf. Visible abs, striations on my forearms, triceps and shoulders.
The fat in my lower chest as been doing down considerably since I started however I look worse because the fat right under my nipples seems to be stuck there which causes an apparence like my nipples are protruding. I guess it's the same look as gyno from 19nors give u.
I'm wondering if caber would help to reduce my nipple size and fat right under it.

Any experiences to be shared? Have u been in a similar situation? I'm not sure if with enough Ralo alone can fix this remaining gyno.

Thanks.

I do not have any first hand knowledge so file this under bro science, but my friend was taking Anastrozole to control e2 and he added 20 mg/day of tamoxifen and he stated it got rid of his gyno.

If you have old hardened gyno, the only way to get rid of it is through surgery.

Don't get me wrong, you can still shrink it, but its not going away completely and will probably still be quite reactive to estrogen spikes if you continue to use androgens.

Seen a report of a bodybuilder blasting 40mg tamox morning, 40mg tamox evening. It did majorly reduce his nipple protrusions, but sounds alittle excessive to me. Definitely watch your liver values of you go a similar route

I was trying to avoid surgery. Tamox even just 10 mg a day makes my chest tighter but gives me headaches all day. Ralo 60 mg is fine.
The gyno always comes back when I stop SERMs that's why I prefer ralo , no vision issues and less harmful on lipids so I can take it perma, at least until surgery. Fk!
I've had a bad experience with anesthesia in the past. It was hard to wake up, I could hear the doctor calling my name her voice sounded very worried and later in the room someone talked about giving me 3 times the dose and I wasn't waking up.
