I’ve just started training again, and my goal is to build this type of body (check picture), not too big, but lean and tight.
I’ve been considering supplements, but I don’t want to take injections or anything too extreme.
I was thinking about starting with something like Anavar...
I need some advice for my training. I usually workout 4-5x a week mostly 4. I’m skinny fat and weighing 165lbs 5’8. Been training over 3 years. Goal is to fix my unproportion body. I genetically have big chest. My focus right now is to have big arms, shoulders and wide back.
