free testosterone

Simple question. Got bloods 1 day after first pin. 1060 test/170 free t/43 estradjal 250 igf-1. 4 weeks in on 250 test and 1mg arimidex/week 1500 test/340 free t/270 ig-1. Is this a good or bad response? Surprised I was so high after first 70mg pin(eod pins) and only came up 500 over 4 weeks...

Running 750mg Test E per week only. Bloods Total Test unfortunately is capped, even though I asked it to be uncapped. Any reasons why my Free Test is so low? Should I bring it up and how?

Lab results below. I've got High SHBG, which is causing low Free T, despite having good Total T levels. How to fix this? Is TRT the only option?
