Well, you get the raw data, so you just keep an eye for the peak at that time with that sort of spectrum and there's no need for an input from me, I guess?
Would that work?
Works for me.
Thank you.

this part, too? (in bold)
Maybe it's thermal caused by GC? Maybe HPLC can't distinguish between 5 and 6?Hi @janoshik
We have the following raw purity % and gcms.
Per GCMS, it looks like there are test degradation products.
Is this treated as TNE in HPLC?
Is there a way to get the true purity of just TNE?

QNMR to be sure, integrate every hydrogen, 500 bucks.
Mtren is thermally labile, thus it's near impossible to get proper quantities with GCMS. We use normal HPLC for mtren.I know that for certain oils, GCMS is required to get the mg/ml (e.g mtren).
If we request for raw purity % to be calculated via GCMS, is it possible and is the cost 170$?
I'm not sure what you mean.@janoshik im just generally confused
this test says "nandrolone degradation products"
but its literally npp + andro skeleton and not estro skeleton we would have in nandrolone.
just want to make sure its not a naming error and the raw have testosterone in it.
the hplc came back as 89% npp

Thank you! I posted this to our internal company forum and everyone really does appreciate that.I want to give @janoshik a shoutout. I have sent them multiple different substances over the last year and they have been nothing but phenomenal. From the very first time, walking me through their ordering/mailing/result procedures. All the way to now, when I ask them specific in depth questions/concerns. They are always professional, courteous and ALWAYS respond in a timely fashion.
Jano, thanks for helping all of us with harm reduction efforts and keeping everyone on both sides of the game (Customers/Labs) a bit more honest
Can you print screen and DM it to me please?@janoshik I have been trying to mail your team since this morning with my usual email address that I have send hundreds of email to you (protonmail address) and I keep receiving undelivered because rejected by spam filter.
Is there any issue with your server? I need to place an order![]()
hello mr janoshik.I'm not sure what you mean.
Took a good look at it - it's a steroid with phenylpropionate bound to it. Even auto id tries to fit testosterone phenylpropionate on it (but I'm 100% sure it is not) - so maybe that's what you're thinking too?

But I am 100% on it not being test p, due to different fragments that are quite important and complete lack of molecular ion, while the unknown has molar mass of NPP - 2 - which is typical to what we usually see in steroid degradation (mass - 2).
Also the auto-id confidence is real low, which is a pretty good indicator of it having to be taken with a grain of salt.
Also we'd see test pp in HPLC.
Hope this helps
Cheers
Yeahhello mr janoshik.
is this also the same case? Janoshik Analytical
nandrolone degradation showing as test p
Jano age reveal on this one. Sir are you really only 31?

Would be good to clarify if this is artifact of heat in GC or raws came this way.nandrolone degradation
i was happy enough with the result at 18% since im pretty sure the margin of error is 9-11% but i could be wrongWould be good to clarify if this is artifact of heat in GC or raws came this way.
Should also always couple HPLC API% with any GCMS API%.
