Hello Folks. This will be 4wk log of this product you see below...
I just received it today and am pretty optimistic about how it will affect my workouts.

"Epi-Andro-RX" is EpiAndrosterone, which converts to DHT, so I'm expecting some CNS stimulation and an intense focus for my workouts, as well some increased strength/aggression.

Now, just for the sake of testing the power of this supplement, and so there is no confusion for myself (as well as others), I will not be taking any other similar supplements, pre-workout included. In fact, I will only be taking protein powder, Fish Oil, A multivitamin (MHP ActiVite) and maintaining a high-protein diet comprised of tuna, steak, crabmeat occasionally and high protein breads. (flax seed, quinoa, pumpkinseed, almond is in it). Oh, and an omelet every morning :D

I weigh 155 lbs and and I am 5'8 tall.
I don't know if I can expect much in terms of increased muscle mass, and I am already 9% bodyfat. But I'm betting I will get more cut on this.

My training will be 1000 pushups a day, bench press three times a week, curls and I will be jogging a whole lot as well.
I work in sets of 25 for lower weight curls and do three-four sets usually. My max bench is 265 right now. (maxout).

Looking forward to this. Took two capsules this morning, and two just a couple hours ago. Will update in three days.

Is this a joke? All you do is push-ups, bench, and curls??

You ARE NOT benching 265lbs at 5'8" 155lbs. Your routine is terrible! WTF?! I hope this is a joke.

Max-Out I said Bud, not reps. I am not bulking here... I stated that very clearly.

I'm a pretty strong guy to begin with.

Did I say reps? I didn't. I still stand by what i said. You cannot bench 265 and call THAT a workout routine! What got you to 265....all those curls? Haha.

You have a very sad misunderstanding here...
I didn't say that was my workout routine...
I said that is a "stat" not the structure of my time at the gym.
The original can't be edited due to time restriction.

So here's the summary.

-The Strong Walk (carrying large boulders/rocks around up and down hills for 1 hr)
-Bench Press 3 times per week, now here's the part to see ::
4 sets of 15 Reps. last til failure.<
-Decks of Cards (push-ups) Diamonds to diamonds, spades are wide-grip,clubs are inner grip(inner-chest pushups),hearts are burn-outs(half-way up,fast).
*SwitchGrips, sometimes I do three-4 cards at once.*
-Curls (4sets) (25reps)
-Jogging every morning and Night

Now....the results of this obviously do not favor gaining mass weight...
But they do favor core strength, cutting, and some weight gain.

Now, I suggest you read this all. If you did, it would make sense...

Buahaha.

Dude, you weigh 155lbs, maybe YOU shouldn't be so arrogant to believe what you're doing is working.

so to play devils advocate a bit, i know someone who was 155 and could hit 3 or 4 reps of 265. he was on prohormones tho and now dropped back to 135 lbs after the cycle and can only bench 185 lol.

There's this Chinese kid at my gym that weighs 165lbs and I've seen him throw up 405lbs for 2 reps. The guy looks like he's possessed by a Shanghai warrior, freaking scary..

Out of curiosity, what prior experience do you have with AAS/PHs?

Mast, Prov, Anavar, Winny...
Never really went for a bulk.
Never was interested.
Lean bulk yes, but then started getting into some unhealthy habits..
dropped quite a bit of weight.

People say I look possessed...but 405 for 2 reps, at 165lbs? That...would be pretty much superhuman.

Yeah, I'll be above that pace, give it a couple weeks.

Thank you for the log brother. Very interesting training. Should be interesting to follow your progress.

Kill it!
