Most here at Meso already know the rules of secure email and all. I have been receiving email from gmail and outlook etc. Not sure what they’re thinking but I let them know kindly to get a secure email. Then it’s gets overlooked. The anabolic pigeon took preflight.

I know what happen. So right at 7:00 literally that exact time, imagine say 100 clicks at that time. Meaning at exactly 7:00 there was a massive amount of volume that came exactly at that time. Glad the email was empty

I already got with you this morning you might remember. Pretty much I got the shaft but we're gonna try and fix it in a couple days

I don’t give folks the shaft I promise you.

In the event something runs out of stock I have to proceed to the next request. Then the next etc etc. By doing so more inventory takes a hit.

I had to decline 50-60 requests unfortunately but I may reach out to them because I never give anyone the shaft. In fact people will reach back after 2 days 1 week so that I may help them

However If you feel that way, even though i don’t owe dues to you. It’s best that I overlook your request. As a business it’s perfectly fine to refuse services for certain reasons. Let me know via email if I owe you any dues. In which in know 100% I don’t

Its just an expression it wasn't meant like that, nothing personal at all. And I didn't take it personally more so that the situation was so crazy when you opened that my order got overlooked.

Really been eyeballing this pump and use capsule filters like others recommended. From my understanding this pump can filter and dispense proper volume, correct me if I’m wrong.

So what are you using to filter now? Nylon or PTFE capsule filter? Or still bottle tops?

Tubing if the former?
 
As of right now this entire ordeal has played out in my mind. This situation is unfortunate and I believe could have been avoided, If we had separated and done TD500 by itself. Being that an item goes out of stock places that individual basically in back of the line. Too many variables to lock the gears in the machine. Apologies, I’ll take this one as I should’ve seen it before initiating it.

We learn I’m sorry.
