As already mentioned, situations like this are most often related to tolerance. With GLP-1s, this is quite common – that’s why official protocols include gradual dose increases over time. The body adapts, and the starting regimens no longer produce the same effect.
In our experience, this issue is usually resolved by switching to a different compound. If tolerance has developed to semaglutide, it makes sense to try tirzepatide. And if the same thing happened with tirzepatide, the next logical step would be retatrutide.

Because from Lithuania it always took just as long as from freaking China, buddy. So that's a big argument for wether I should ever order from them again or not.

If you're in a hurry better avoid ordering now, I'd expect up to a month considering it's black Friday, sources AND courier companies are overfilled with orders. Last year's black Friday had me waiting 21-22 days. Usually when they shipped from Lithuania i was getting my orders in 9-12 days.
It's not wise though to ask publicly and insist for something like that, clearly for opsec reasons. You could sorted this out in DMs, nevertheless i guess without mentioning your country you wouldn't be able to get an answer.
