To cut to the chase, if you’ve been on Tesa for a while, 4 months+, and you want more of the same effects you’ve been observing, switch to rHGH. After 6 months you could switch back to Tesa for “maintenance” with a wide safety margin and little effort (ie no need to manage bloodwork, manage sides, timing and nutrition, just inject around the same time daily).

Stacking Tesa with other secretagogues is a Medspa relic from the days of very expensive rHGH and trying to avoid problems with the law. Because once you start combining secretagogues with Tesa, you give up Tesa’s proven safety, in exchange for what amounts to more risk than using rHGH, without results that are anywhere as good.

In other words, Tesa is a great, well understood, extremely safe clinically trialed pharmaceutical, with good results and minimal effort.

There's no dbol in there. Search around this and other threads. There were a few different Hepius/Stromusc brand tablets with the wrong compound listed at the bottom. The vendors claimed it was misprinted labels that they just used anyway. To my knowledge no testing has shown the wrong compound.
