I see. Can you please share here what is the current delay? Meaning when were the orders you are sending one created? Just for all customers to have an idea of what they can expect. If we look into the last 50 pages, 90% of the posts are asking about order status.
I received my order yesterday after about 30 days, in my opinion it is enough to be clear so that users know and wait, then if it will be faster now great, BG in EU is the best resource for Medicines and extras
the strange thing is that when he ships, the order arrives after 72 hours (at least for me), if he shipped within 7/10 days it would be perfect

Got all my packages from the last 3 months within 7-16 days maximum, so you can expect to wait 1-2 weeks

Taken with a grain of salt. Months of awful order times and terrible communication with the provider, just for him to say that now? Either way he has his purpose here with rare products and prices but that doesnt cancel out his overall bad comms and processing times.
i havent ordered from him in like 3 years so maybe ur right

It usually takes around a month unless something is out of stock
Everyone who has been following this thread knows about BG's comms (it didn't recently devolve or anything like that) and if that's a deal breaker for you, fortunately there are other options

Definitely, my only reason for responding was to correct a guy who said delivery can be expected in 1-2 weeks which is simply not the case for majority of the people.
Since June, it's true that things have been complicated with BG. As far as orders are concerned, I'm in Europe and I've always received them. This month, I placed two orders and received them in about 10 days. However, I am still waiting for an incomplete refund, which has been pending since August... and I have not received any response to my emails for over a month. He is a good seller and fair, but there is a very big problem with communication, which is a shame. If he tries to improve this, he will be perfect. I hope things will quickly return to normal for everyone. I know that patience is difficult, and that all this causes problems. Hang in there!
It says no orders will be shipped to US, any update on when this may change? @BG pharmaceuticals
