Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

no, if you actually read, most people get the most appetite supression from their first injection as they are going from 0 milligram to a full dose. it doesnt take testosterone enanhate 4 weeks to "kick in" either
It takes 4 weeks for test E to reach full blood levels. And i also feel it fully kick in after 4 weeks.

But answays took 2,5mg yesterday and i dont feel anything

Do you guys front load Reta? I just want to do 2mg to lower my insukine tolerance and get some of that Glucagon effekt as hunger isnt really such a big problem for me.

But its said to take at least 4 weeks for it to kick in, so can i just take 4 mg the first two weeks or what sides am i risking?
I felt it the next day. I just started taking tirz and felt it the same day.

We continue to learn more about what makes GLPs more or less effective for certain individuals.

Coincidentally, this just released study may shed some light on what's been discussed here lately.

This is the first time I've seen GLP's effect on "Externally triggered" vs "Emotional" eating measured.

Thanks for the citation. I do note that with with tirzepatide, people don't regain the weight even three years after starting. Jastreboff, et al. (2025). Tirzepatide for Obesity Treatment and Diabetes Prevention. New England J. Med., 392(10), 958. It's possible that the study that Ghoul cited would not apply to "GLP-1 drugs" that also target other receptors. (E.g., tirzepatide, retatrutide, mazdutide, survodutide.) As I write this post, I realize that I'm trying to convince myself that what Ghoul wrote won't apply to me. Time will tell.

Funny enough, I drink about a gallon plus of water a day.

But so far today, I haven't had any symptoms of the issue after taking 5g of salt last night. Sort of crazy I need to add it to my supplement list now but here we are!
Before I lose track where im at in the thread, Iv been experiencing orthostatic hypotension for months and mostly just ignored it/blamed it on the deficit, but its progressively gotten worse so I started looking around here and see you have gotten the same from reta. Hearing that it kind of clicked that I started getting it around the time I started increasing above 2mg of reta.

My question is did increasing daily salt intake make symptoms disappear? Or have you discontinued reta and symptoms resolved themselves?
