When I look at one of these vendor threads, I click on the vendor's handle and read, their first post, and their latest post. It takes two seconds and then I would know about the current warehouse situation and the holiday.

Anyway, I placed an order on 9/22 with Harlan; he never sent me tracking, but it showed up in my informed delivery on 9/25, then I had some updates saying it was picked up, arrived at a partner facility, departed a partner facility all on 9/26. USPS does not have it yet and I've had no further updates. This was just about the time the Typhoon was backing everything up right before golden week. I'm just pleased it seems my package made it out.

I feel this is par for the course with shipments from China. Tracking is created and then on some random day between 1-3 weeks from the creation of the label, it lands in the states and makes it's way to me.

I'm not worried yet. I haven't felt the need to message anyone over the holiday.

If you’re not happy find another vendor for your 1 kit and 2 bottle of oils and leave the heavy lifting to everyone else. I went 24 days wait on an order that arrived and never harassed Cavan. Exactly same day my last order was shipped and exactly same answers. These newbies need to chill or move on before they screw up another vendor for everyone

Great, your experience went well. Not the case for everyone. What could happen to you tyhat happened to clients juste like you :

Ordering 1 week/a few days before holidays : a typhoon made hong kong paralyzed for days and probably destroyed a fraction of customer order since both cavan and gary ask to make a video of you opening your parcel if you wanted to claim anything.
Ordering. Waiting 2 weeks for your tracking id. Back to number 1.
Want to order again, but his 1 month order order hasnt update (yes i know, it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to update, but environnemental event in china + political situation makes you think twice if you want to buy for another $k something that seems to be under multiple threat : a larger second wave of buyers (how are they going to handle that), forced delays because of the latter, the typhoon, and the overall "health" of CN sources atm.

By the way, I've been waiting for my package since 16 days. Even packages delivered later have already arrived. But a package from September 20th hasn't received any update since September 21st. And yet, I'm not worried.

All Testo C or E kits were delivered individually in individual packages. How do you manage to get them unlabeled? I ordered a lot of kits, and they were all individually packaged. But no problem.

WWB used to send unlabeled kits as recently as this summer. The few kits of test and primo I got from them were all the standard unlabeled vials in a plastic holding case with a sticker on it.

Oils and tablets already been pretty depleted. I bet they didn’t restock on holiday as plans was to after they reopened tomorrow. May take them a few weeks to get rolling. May be better off to wait if you wanting oils and tabs

You could wait for HYB to open the CN warehouse, he's restocked quite abit on oils. He just closed shop whereas WWB remained open.

They stopped oils till further notice. I seen they took off their menu and I emailed Yura and she replied that oils and tabs will not resume till further notice
