1. It's a tip I picked up from ChatGPT that I just never looked into. I just plugged it back into ChatGPT and it tried to call it MY theory lol.
So there is some mechanistic overlap between the two that "in theory" could explain interference but no in vivo studies showing an interaction or blunting of the others effects. It probably fine to dose them together.
2. I didn't do so many shots in the beginning so I would do 5 more spread out at a time, making it easier to choose a different site the next time. I used my belly button as the focal point to remember haha. Like rotation 1 would be all shots 6 inches in a circumference around the bellybutton then rotation 2 would be 3 inches circumference or whatever measurement makes sense to you.
As I acclimated to the injections and they stung less I just did the 15 shot grid every time.
Or yes, you could attack the stomach one day then do inner thighs the next or titties the next, rotating like that. It's really to prevent irritating the skin too much. If you don't have a reaction don't worry so much about it.
3. Super easy. Just need some hyaluronic acid, distilled water, anti-microbial and the GHK-Cu of course.
4. Nah tret would be a great addition. I've been meaning to get some myself but all the Indian pharmas aren't shipping to the US still.
5. Yah, even if it doesn't help with skin remodeling it's still mandatory if I ever want to step on stage (haven't ruled it out yet).
6. The science on this seems to change every week. Right now it's trending as beneficial. 10 grams seems to be the sweet spot for skin benefits. But it's one of those things that occurs over long periods of time so most people throw it out of the supplement merry-go-round before it has a chance to shine. Also, the older you are the more benefit you will see. Don't listen to any 25 year old telling you it doesn't do shit. Well duh, you're in the prime of your life lol.
Here's a long study for when you're bored. Spoiler Ahead.
Conclusion:
The findings of this study revealed that HC supplementation can improve skin hydration and elasticity. In addition, the long-term use of collagen yields more favorable effects on skin hydration and elasticity than the short-term use of collagen. Nevertheless, large-scale randomized control trials are required to examine the clinical benefits of oral collagen supplements.

Heh, yeah I've been working out for years. Just always been fat and natty. I wish I knew in my 20s that I was genetically built for this shit. I was too interested in partying and pussy.
