My potassium levels are good on 20mg Telmisartan. But get out of range fast on 40mg. I make my own electrolytes drink with sodium citrate and magnesium citrate from Bulk Supplements so I can avoid potassium. I also try and minimize potassium intake from my diet.
I was going to add these two along with my NMN Powder. You mix with juice or add to your protein?

I’m an outlier. In the last 12-18 months I think I’ve encountered one person that has the same issue. Dozens of members here take 40-80mg a day with no issues.
It's actually common. Just about everyone will see a small bump in K+ with ARBs, but in most people it is not signficant. I would assume it is dose dependent too. In a small % of people it can be exaggerated and quite significant, particularly if other synergistic drugs that romote hyperkalemia are used also.

Making your own electrolyte drink is a good idea, and probably saves a ton of money too. Other dietary changes that help reduce potassium are substituting sweet potatoes for regular potatoes and avoiding avocados and bananas. Avocados are very high in fat, and bananas concentrate (radioactive) K-40 from the soil - so more reasons to avoid them. Bananas can actually trigger radioactivity monitors.

I take 40mg and also take 25mg Jardiance (doesn’t rly elevate it that much but worth mentioning).

I eat a high potassium diet, use electrolytes pre and post workout that contain a good amount of potassium. Also supplement with 2g of potassium orally.

Bare in mind I supplement with 2g just cuz I’m on Clen rn.

I’m taking around 7+g potassium and my potassium and kidney bloodwork is pristine.
Although I’ll drop the 2g potassium and drop one of my electrolyte drinks after I add 25mg eplerenone.

@PCT24X7 PHARMACY

do you have pricing on eplenerone ? not sure if this will be on your new list or not. anxiously waiting for it and going to place a new order.

This was back in July.

I mix it in water. The magnesium dissolves well. The sodium not so well.

When I am very hydrated my sodium and chloride levels are low on my labs. So I also started taking Safrel Sodium Chloride Tablets 1 gm. They remind me of those salt tablets coaches give you during practice.

Ah yeah I remember those damn things! I added both powders. Thanks!

In the overwhelming majority of cases, tariffs are absorbed by the manufacturer, importer, and retailer's profit margins. In a market economy, if they could just arbitrarily raise prices, they would've to maximize profit. Goods are sold at the maximum price the market will bear,

Has everything from China gone up 35%?

You speak like every other country should be allowed to continue to sell their goods in the US with 0% tarrifs, while our manufacturers. workers
, and economy are made artificially uncompetitive by other countries imposing crushing tariffs and restrictions on us, to protect their own industries and workers, as we sink into increasing trade deficits and terminal decline.

You're OK with India imposing 30-150% tarrifs on everything sent there from the US? FFS.

The same people who insist we should tax domestic companies into oblivion, are clutching their pearls at foreign companies being "taxed" to access the lucrative US market, the way every other country on earth charges us duties to access theirs.
Prices on anything can be arbitrarily raised. They can be, and often are raised to the point of price gouging. Little to nothing is ever done about it.

Manufactures are absolutely passing costs to consumers. Have you not been out of the house? Have you been to a supermarket or clothing store recently?

I've already accepted your need to have an answer to everything, but please don't play economist. It doesn't suit you.

Test/EQ is very common those days and adding in any SGLT2 inhibitors can go south very fast. I would advise frequent bloodwork if you were to run multiple erythropoiesis-stimulating agents.

It is advisable to make sure that your blood pressure is under control and to make sure that LVH is curtailed while taking super physiological doses of PEDs. Below are links to two NIH regarding LVH. One for Telmisartan and one for Eplerenon.

Excellent thank you.

Except the SGLT2i drugs also increase hematocrit independently and additively w/androgens, so it's important to keep a close eye on that.
Mine seems well controlled on naringin, silymarin, taxifolin, and telmisartan. This is without EQ though. I started that at just 210mg/wk (about 133mg actual boldenone) so not expecting a big change but will need to monitor.

Trest, tren, mast and very low test have not raised my Hct significantly. my Hg was 15.8 last time I donated, which was nearly two years after my last one. I was well hydrated - that makes a huge difference in Hct for sure. Last time I was running test higher and my Hg as 18.3. That was without Jardiance too, current value of 15.8 was on it.

I can't say enough good things about this vendor. After posting about some tabs with an early expiration date, he went ahead and shipped out replacements with expirations in 2027. Those have already arrived. Then 1 out of 4 packages got stuck in customs, and no questions asked he reshipped that package, which also just arrived. Amazing service!
The worst thing that I can say about PCT 24X7 is that they required that I send them crypto using a network with which I was unfamiliar. Everything did end up working fine.

What did you expect, man, that he’d check in on how your grandma’s doing or send you his secret chicken tikka masala recipe? You send the money, then two to four days later you get a tracking number, and that’s it. Vendors aren’t pen pals, they’re just here to ship the meds.
Both of my grandmothers are dead, but I could sure use the tikka masala recipe.

I found his communication his to be good, with me usually getting answers the next day. On one occasion, he took two days to respond.

I may be among the few here using it, but SR9009 has also shown to be avoiding/repairing cardiac remodeling. I inject 30mg/day - it has poor oral bioavailability and short half life so injections are the best way to use it. It’s typically in MCT oil, I buy Moderrn Aminos 50mg/ml.
