Not only have I seen stuff disappear from inventory while I briefly hesitated (SSA domestic), now you want to make sure the pack gets out before the vendor potentially disappears too!

They are offering a $150 DHL option. Pricey, but I suspect less of a seizure risk, so may be worth the $100 premium. Also you won't be left in suspense long with 4 day delivery.

If you have the supply for a 2-3 months worth of gear/peps, I would just hold off at all costs from ordering from CN til something shows better promise.

I have asked them to post an official update to the thread via their account but this is what I was sent:
Due to the increasing order volume, our US warehouse is out of stock and can only ship from China. This is the international price quote. There is a certain risk in placing an order. If the package is detained, we will not implement the re-shipment policy.
Shipping fee is $50 per order.
The delivery time for the USPS dedicated line is approximately 20 days
The US warehouse is being restocked, not sure when it will arrive
