You're not eating enough to grow. How long has your weight stayed the same?
It’s stayed the same since day 1 of starting hahaha . I have dropped from 20% bf to 15% bf while maintaining weight so some fat loss and some muscle gain hopefully not just water pushed into muscle . I’m trying to hit 2400 to 2800 calories a day on training days by increasing post workout carbs. On rest day I do about 2200 calories.
 
Taking 20mg superdrol, been about 20 days and I don’t see anything happening ? I eat high carb 280g high protein 200g and low fat 40g (15g fat with every superdrol dosing , 10mg X 2 per day). Also on 500mg test and 400mg tren for about 6 weeks so far definitely getting results from that (12.5mg aromasin 3X week , caber 0.25mg 2X week) . Weight stayed same around 178lbs (I’m short 5”9) while dropping about 5% body fat. Am I expecting too much from suoerdrol ? Does it start making big gains after week 3 ? So far feeling like would have got same results just on test and tren without superdrol. I know primal stuff is on point so problem is something else . Maybe I just don’t respond to superdrol ? I was going to run superdrol for 6 weeks . Any advise suggestions help greatly appreciated.

Food intake is way too low. Spdrl dose is low as well. Usually It’s dosed @40. I wouldn’t say just up it if you aren’t responding at all because clearly there is something else going on. Even at 20MG and your low cal carb eating you should see vascularity, strength gain, etc. Ran dbol a couple years ago for the first time. I usually run anadrol and anavar, I was so flat from the dbol and absolutely no gain or positive outcome. I cut it out after 3.5 week. Sometimes your body doesn’t respond to certain compounds. Just walk away from it…

Also the tren is most likely overshadowing the spdrl. You don’t need to run it tbh. Both are harsher compounds. If your dead set on an oral run var 50mg for a few weeks at the end after cutting the tren out. 6 weeks on sprdrl coupled with tren is too long/much
In the past I did tbol at 40mg with tren and made amazing gains. I’ll up dosage and food and give it 2 more weeks. If it works I’ll do full 6 weeks if not I’ll stick to test and tren and add tbol later towards end of cycle.

Idk if bumping up to 40mg is the move, brother. Not until you’ve at least pulled some labs and definitely don’t be running 40mg every single day.

20mg of Superdrol, 4–5 days a week, is more than enough to light you up. The real missing piece here isn’t the dose, it’s your food. If the goal is to get big, you’re gonna have to push those calories harder. Can’t pack on serious size without putting on a little fat along the way. It’s just part of the process.
 
Thank u brother. Primal u are awesome and u rock. I’ll up my calories and Sdrol dosage on training days slowly and see what happens over 2 more weeks. Currently taking 20mg 7 days a week . I’ll up my calories to 2700 to 3000. Not gonna be scared of gaining some fat as PRIMAL has blessed me through previous reply to me . I’m getting good results from test and tren and I’m very happy about that. I would say dropping 5% body fat in 6 weeks while gaining enough muscle to make scale not move is pretty good for my goal of recomp. For Anyone reading this in the future : primal is the best.

Yup eating like a fisher price kids isn’t going to do the job or give you results or feels your looking for and running tren with drol just hurts my liver reading about it lol

Yes exactly. I wasn’t saying up it. I was steering you toward dropping it. PP is exactly right. Superdr should really on be used as a PWO and not every single day. Just drop the compound off the cycle bro. Increase cals to 5k the 400 mg tren should be burning through the fat in those foods esp if they’re relatively healthier fats and food

This mentality will hold you back terribly if you ever want to put on size. People don’t get fat overnight. If you keep your diet clean and eat enough calories you can gain nicely. You may smooth out a bit due to water retention but getting fat is a slow process and a choice (a bad one). Guys convince themselves they need huge surplus and to eat dirty food. Neither is true.

My appetite is definitely shot as usually eating 3k calories is easy for me. Currently struggling to hit 2400 calories to 2700 even with two poptart toaster a day when needed . Also last 4 days I have been constipated and gassy I’ll just finish the 4 weeks at 30mg (only 10 more days) . Next time I won’t run super but stick to tbol or var as those gave me insane gains real fast. Adding mast or primo on tren also gave me crazy results . I’ll add pineapple juice with my largest meal to add calories and help with digestion and the sex benifits lol. Mentally preparing to drop sdrol and stick to what I know works best for my body . I got caught up with the hype that sdrol the strongest oral hahaha like a newbie.

Try adding a bit of dates into your rice middle eastern style, it could help add fiber and a bit of extra cals to help you break it down also could add some pineapple into your diet for the protein enzyme, fuckin blend oats into your smoothies little things like that

Brother. 2400 nothing, damn near the minimum of what an average male should be eating. What exactly are you struggling with? And what’s your height/weight.

5000+ is a struggle my friend lol.
