The region where you want to place an order (Ireland) is considered high-risk: most shops do not deliver there at all. In such cases, conditions (including guarantees) may vary, which is why we always recommend confirming the details with a manager before placing an order.
In general, our guarantee applies: if a proven issue occurs (package stuck, lost, or arrives damaged), we always either reship the order or issue a refund. Please do not mislead other members. The manager’s response referred exclusively to delivery to Ireland.
Rebranding has not affected the quality of our service. We remain the official distributor of Hilma Biocare. Over the years, as with any truly operating company, there have been isolated disputed cases, but all of them were resolved in favor of the customer.
The example you mentioned dates back three years and is not related to Hilma Biocare products, therefore it is irrelevant to the current discussion about delivery guarantees.
