This is the telegram update from today for anyone who doesn't use it:
"Hello everyone,
Attached is the current price list. I’ve also compiled answers to the most frequent questions here to keep everyone informed.
1. Stock Availability
Many were wondering why we still have a such items while everyone is out. Due to the annual CNY shipping halt last year, we prepared significant stocks of everything in advance in end 2024. And we got busted straight before those holidays. Our US warehouses remained well-supplied with the unsold raw materials, oils, and peptides from pre-holiday production. This is why we still have inventory when others are running dry.
Some items are indeed getting low stocks: Primo 100 is very low (likely sold out this week), same for test C oil. Primo 200 for example is still available.
2. Cap Colors & SKU Identification (The Simple Solution)
Cap colors are irrelevant. We have never tracked them. Every product is identified by a unique SKU printed under the barcode on its packaging.
Oils: SKU is on the cardboard box (e.g., B014D7 for Mast P, B002T2 for Test C).
Peptides: SKU is on the bubble mailer. It may be under the shipping label, but it's there. (e.g. A066TRBT-40 for tirz 40mg)
Please use the SKU for identification. Don’t open everything and then ask how to tell them apart—the SKU is your answer.
3. Peptide Quality & COAs (The Facts)
All batches were tested. If a cap color doesn’t match your expectation, the (COA) still exists. You can find it by cross-referencing with past price lists or the HPLC thread on Meso. I trust your detective skills.
Regarding storage: The peptides were and still stored on shelves. Scientific evidence on long-term storage of freeze-dried peptides shows minimal to no degradation. Their quality is not compromised.
4. The "Honeysuckle Oil" Label Confusion (Our Mistake)
This was an unfortunate old warehouse stupid labeling decision. A "Honeysuckle Oil Tren-H" sticker was applied to various oils (Test C, Deca, Mast, etc.). We do not label the vials themselves, only the external packaging with its SKU. Please ignore the sticker and refer to the official SKU on the box or mailer.
5. Customer Service & Tracking Numbers (Managing Expectations)
Our operational capacity is limited. I am assisted by one colleague who manages tracking numbers, and her availability fluctuates due to health reasons. Therefore, tracking numbers are typically sent within 1-7 days of payment, sometimes more.
Sometimes, orders ship without a tracking number being given to the buyer. If you haven’t received one, it does not mean your order hasn’t shipped. Many clients receive packages without prior tracking. To avoid confusion, please confirm your order’s SKUs with me after delivery. We are prioritizing getting your orders out the door over administrative speed.
6. Multiple Tracking Numbers & "Missing" Items
With inventory spread across four US warehouses for OPSEC reasons, a single order may ship in multiple packages. You might receive up to four tracking numbers. Tablets may be with raws, some peptides with oils—it’s organized for security, not aesthetics. Your order is almost certainly not missing; it’s just traveling from different locations.
7. International Clients (An Apology and a Promise)
We sincerely apologize to our international clients. Until our legal situation is fully resolved, we cannot resume shipping to the UK, Australia, Canada, and others. We cannot offer restocks or new international services at this time.
Thank you for your patience. When we officially return, we will make it up to you. We will restore our full catalog, maintain our rigorous testing, and offer the most competitive prices—because at QSC, we don’t just resell; we source and produce what others can’t. Customer service will be a top priority again.
For now, we are a US-domestic operation selling existing inventory. Our peptide prices remain the most competitive on the market. Our steroid pricing is structured to manage the current high volume sustainably.
Thank you for your business and understanding.
