I am unfit as fuck too - will take an hour resting between sets... I hate doing more than 3 to maximum 5 reps of Squat or Deadlift... lol

Just calculated calories:
I'd be at around 6000 cals
750 Carbs
200 Fats
330 Proteins
clean diet or meals with junk food? 200g fat is a lot

It doesn't matter, 200gr is like cheat day everyday no matter the source of the fats. I haven't seen guys pushing even 8-9K calories with 200gr fats. At least i hope he eats sausages, pizza and burgers to enjoy it because even if he chokes down half a bottle of olive oil, i doubt it makes any difference in performance. Regarding health, well..it would be the least of the problems lol.

750 carbs with 200 fats will turn you into a slob and no GLP or metformin will help..you can't even use insulin lol.

It takes a lot of courage to eat 1000gr carbs, 350 protein and 70 fats instead.

yes for me is stupid push fat in diet , i stay very low year round like 15 max 20 a days from direct fat source , i see a a big difference in my body when i stay very high protein + high carb + zero or low fat
 
I didn't know either you gave up on the idea of looking like a bodybuilder. If you don't mind looking like a fat dude then whatever you eat it will serve the purpose.

all new powerlifters do powerbuilding.

they all are fucking jacked for some reason, im not into the powerlifting world but i just see them and most of them look better than natty bodybuilders

while they're in tested powerlifting contests constantly getting stronger every 3 months or so

You’ll hate jacked and tan 2.0 then, you have to do max rep sets of 10. It works amazingly well though.

Haha sorry brother but Lalas has supreme genetics while you (and most of us) don't, he's not that tall and still was way wider than most taller strongmen. Pudzianowski was doing what most of strongmen do but he was looking more like a bodybuilder. See Mitchel Hooper or Brian Shaw, they don't have any definition at all. Magnus Samuelsson was one of the best ever and he looked like he just started going to gym lol.

It's very naive to look up to someone with different genetics than you. I'd also like to be as wide as Thor but this can never happen, only thing i could get if i pushed food was the belly of Eddie Hall.

Also, you said you're gonna do powerlifting which has only static movements and strongmen do hours of training outside on their feet and combine strength with cardiovascular outpout. Totally different types of training, dieting and physique. Maybe i'll have to remind you that Thor to maintain this physique 90% of his diet was beef, white rice and chicken stock.
 
Hm yea…. You’re right. I dreamed too much.

In an ideal world I’d be as tall as Brian or Thor and get to 200 kg‘s BW too. I’d love to be monster like them.

I am just short and can’t get tall, big or heavy … FML.

I wanted to do strongman earlier this year, but somehow my lower back gave up - I had some problems some day I could not even get up from the couch cause it felt like I pinched a nerve or something.
Guess I am just not made for that.

I just love heavy lifting - I love to rip the bar off the ground and „feel“ the strength and power. Low rep deadlifts are really my favourite thing to do.

Tho I dislike squatting and can’t really bench (not nailed the technique).

Also I am going to some shitty commercial gym which has 0 strongman equipment. No tires, no trap bar, no turf or something for carries, no yoke, no safety squat bar, no sled, no farmer walk handles, only 60 kg dumbbells max. And we got no real strongman gym or something near us - it just isn’t any popular in Germany - at least not in the state where I live / near me.

So I thought I’d may shoot for powerlifting. Get big and bulky and strong - at least in the big 3 (4). Tho I’d love to be „real life strong“ like a strongman. They seem like they can do everything in real life cause they take part / train for those „awkward“ events.

I'm having a hard time understanding this. You look huge at 5'8". Is that you in your avatar? How is it possible that you only lift these numbers? 400 lbs squats? Are you dealing with some mental barrier? I'm only 5'9" and those numbers look way to easy for you to NOT achieve. At 220lbs my max squat was 535x7. I never did single max lifts with squats. Bench was 405lbs. I think it's a mind over matter thing for you. Those numbers should be pretty easy to achieve if you can get past the mental barrier.
You'd probably do much better with just high test and some aromasin and just leave the eq alone.

He's European, so it's kilos. 400kg is 880 lbs.His current is something like 615x3

Not exactly.

She just wants me to be at around 15-20% BF - like "bear mode" look.
She doesn't like abs or veins - nor she likes a completely shaved male.

And when I start to diet, I am a whole other person - I never believed her - up until my last cut. In retro perspective I've just been ruthless - chasing my goals - giving an F to everybody else and their opinion.

In my last cut I played w/ insulin and a million other experimental substances (Tesofensine, SLU-PP-332, 5-AMINO-1MQ) - she had been at work and some neighbour found me naked on the hallway - unconscious from low blood sugar... he called the ambulance and fed me some honey from some squeeze bottle or something - as they arrived my blood sugar been around 30. They rushed me to the ER and yea, wifey came, they told her I almost died - like 5 more mins and I'd been gone.
She begged me to stop cutting and out of despair told me she will get divorced if I don't stop. I told her "Okay" and continued to cut - thank god we did stay together but since then she is in fear of my ruthless behaviour and yea... I can understand that.

Also I've never been happy w/ my cutting results.
On a bulk I am too fat and got no muscle. On a cut I am too skinny and got no muscle. At least that is what my brain tells me.

I always wanted (still want) to look like Mr. O (Samson, Ruhl) in their off-season - humongous crazy massive - still somewhat visible abs - but yea - I know, I never will.
So I decided, as I only wear 4 or 5 XL Oversize by GASP - I'd rather look massive in those shirts (which I never ever take off, despite being at home) than "looking good naked" once a year on the beach. And looking "small" (relatively) in my clothes the rest of the year.


Sorry for that huge wall of text that most of you aren't interested in anyway - I just wanted to "defend" or at least justify my wife's "decision".


I also checked my stash - as I am low on Test - and switched my stack up to finally use all that leftovers of Deca I have....:

750 mg Nandrolone D
300 mg Masteron E
150 mg Primobolan E
600 mg Trenbolone E
1500 mg Testosterone E

( mast n primo just to counter that deca d*ck - and low dose cause I don't have that much left of it either :D )
