Good, hehe. Just starting to feel cramped hands, numb shoulder when laying etc. so I assume something is working - as I usually never had this before.

No, sadly not. Heaviest I’ve ever been is 278.

I want to hit 300 :(
 
big doses of Taurine can help with the hands, & shoulders. 5-7 grams of taurine solved the hand numbness/carpal tunnel for me.
i will second the use of taurine , i currently use 4 g daily and i have noticed less muscle spasms , etc since i have been using it, it also has a whole list of positive metabolic benefits as well as blood sugar regulation and support of insulin secretion and sensitivity,,

I had muscle spasms since i hit puberty, sometimes really painful ones, in really odd places/weirdly distributed (one head of the quad, inner head of the triceps, upper part of the traps, all on one side only).
Almost forgot about them ever occurring since i started supplementing with taurine, they were a massive issue for me not even a year ago tho.

i was getting weird little "muscle ticks" in weird areas (front delt, bicep brachial) just odd little spasms that would last for several hours at times, even though very hydrated , it was just odd, since adding taurine in it no longer happens,,
 
those exactly. I skipped my taurine after getting 2 teeth pulled last week and i got a few of them today, lmao. luckily taurine is dirt cheap (sub 20 bucks per kg). plus in EU you can get it from the same place that has the cheapest Lab use grade BA,BB, and oils. I even mix my own EAA powder with the stuff they have, you can get a years supply for dirt cheap. plus creatine and NAC as well

I had a bit of real-life trouble / shit to do - so had no real motivation to go to the gym for like 3-4 weeks now.

Tho I just got my ass up today and got myself T4 and Ivabradin from my doc. I also got Tramal :) hahaha.

By next week I am gonna be back full force.
Made a cardio „routine“ I am going to do 3-4 times per week and will hit the gym hard again. Tho I am still looking for some routine…. I‘d like to do some heavy ass lifting - Powerlifting / Powerbuilding rn…. Got no idea where to start tho. I am too much of a perfectionist to just pick the first program that sounds appealing to me lol.

Tho I am flirting with the GZCLP rn - sounds fun.
May we got any huge Powerlifting / Builder here for some advice on where to start that journey?

he has basics done in this video of all forms squats/bench presses/deadlifts you need for powerlifting. get into those and try them. and start looking more into powerlifitng tecniques etc and refine them until you're comfortable with them.

i think if i would do powerbuilding.

i would do 1 day powerlifting focused.

so 5x5 first day 5 sets for 5 reps

bench press 5x5

squats 5x5

deadlifts 5x5

day 2:

normal light day; ofc we're a powerlifter so keep everything in 6-9 rep range but do arms, shoulders etc for higher reps.

then day 3 rest:

and repeat.

u really need many rest days as a powerlifter. your strength increases every time u take a rest day for some reason. some powerlifters even take 2 rest days in a row.


this is just how i would do it, you can program it however u like
 
oh i forgot to mention in the program i told you but it think its pretty obvious.

you go for prs in the heavy 5x5 day, ofc you do this on feels and not every heavy day,

just not to get injured
 
RHR last 3 days - 84 / 85 / 84 - last night it even went as "low" as 64.
I usually had 80-100 - even sleeping.

as I ran out of Mast for now I thought I'd give EQ as a "substitute" a try cause I just have so much EQ lying around... I guess I still don't like it.
Somehow got problems ejaculating now... tho I did also stop Caber last week... just introduced it again to see if it really is the EQ or maybe the missing Caber...

My plan was (what I currently run is):
600 mg Tren
900 mg EQ
2250 mg Test
[AI told me that EQ would kill my E2 and lift me E1 up high - it said in a study (?) they tried to counter 250 mg EQ with 1000 mg Test and it did not work, E2 been crashed - tho I can't imagine there ever been such a study]

so I thought about switching to this:
750 mg Tren
3000 mg Test
and 100 mg Deca (just to see if it helps the joints on the powerlifting road)

Edit: maybe any1 can tell me if the "EQ story" is / could be true - so I can hit the brake and switch to the other cycle immediately before I got to wait for the EQ half life to be gone / cleared forever...

cardio is easiest skill to gain.

1 week and you can do 3 hours on bike with a water bottle binge watch power puff girls easily.


also for the testosterone/eq issue, get us your total test + e2 + prolactin.

the solution with a guy like you should be increase testosterone or add caber if its the prolactin.
