USA Discounted Blood work

You just usually have a much shorter line. Most people showing up to lab testing around me appear to be employer drug tests.
One perk of going to Quest locations that cater to drug tests is when going as a walk in. Those customers routinely miss their appointments. Lol

Last Monday I was a walk in. The guy second in line showed up and he looked completely hung over. The Quest was inside a Walmart and after checking in he walked out into the Walmart probably cruising the beer isle. When they called his name he was nowhere to be found. That was a win for me. Haha

I just got "Drainnned" (10 tubes) at Quest, in and out in less than 10 minutes, very good panels coming up , one set of labs from nephrologist and one from pcp, both very good and thorough labs for following ip on everything that i have going on,,

You can also just cherrypick tests from both and bring two slips to labcorp; my last blood draw I ordered the Lipid Cascade, apo A1/B/ratio, CRP and Troponin T from Drsays and saved like 20 bucks vrs just ordering everything from Fitnomics. I asked the labcorp person when I was there and she told me you can bring as many slips as you need and they will still draw your blood for all the orders at once.
Drsays is what I have been using. Definitely the cheapest I have found after looking a bunch of places, but should compare to this and see how it stacks up factoring in the subscription fee

I compared a similar collection of tests from Drsays and Fitomics w/sub, and the prices were the same +/- 5%. The tests weren't *exactly* the same as one used Labcorp and one used Quest, but they both covered everything I wanted. Everything on Fitomics was shown as being at a pretty big sale discount, though, where DrSays was just showing normal pricing.

If I find time I'll do Labcorp vs. Labcorp on both sites. But they both seem like decent options.

Privatemdlabs or Fitomics would be a good place to start

do you gotta sign up for their plans tho on fitomics now, might just be worth it to go to my primary and tell him word for word what to put down thatll cost me $10 forthe visit then i think quest last time was $20 for copay, shit i think i just answered my own problems. he just didnt fill out the correct shit last time even after i repeated numerous times which markers i wanted tested

On privatemdlabs "hormonesforme" should give you I think 15% off.

i just have every test i want on my phone list, then i just hand him my phone and he copy's what tests i have written down,, My pcp is pretty good at pulling "deep bloodwork" panels, hormones included,,

I usually go through PrivateMDLabs (also LabsMD before Private bought them) for the last 10 years.

With the $200 referral credit you can get (I had my wife use my code) and occasional sales + subscription discount you can get them cheap.

Has anyone compared PrivateMD subscription versus this or others out of curiosity?

Mine was a jackass and refused to do anything I requested because he “knew” insurance wouldn’t cover it. Haven’t been back to him. That’s how I wound up using Fitomics after trying Ulta Labs, AlgoDx, Labs MD and LabCorp OnDemand (run away!). Then I found TelyRx to write certain scripts that satisfies my work’s requirements for having a legit script without having to talk to anyone. Just refill the bottles with PCT24x7 until the bottle hits a year old. Will transition to one of the other local really small town doctors in a few months.

I used labcorp through drsays recently. LC/MS came back in 5 days which is much faster than I’ve seen other people report in this thread.
Good to know, I used them the last two times. With a coupon code I can get Privatemdlabs cheaper, debating on which to do. Kind of like having my data in one source as they show previous results side by side.

Also probably not a big deal but the only Quest site where I live is in the back of a Safeway grocery store by the pharmacy. Not sure why that bothers me but kind of odd.

Same thing for me. Pleasantly surprised how quickly I got the results from them. Last time I ran that test through Quest it took 3 weeks to get the sensitive e2 results.

E2 on 1g Test/EQ

80mg/week of Trest D seems to work.
I don't know where that puts me on E2 tho, since Trest E2 doesn't appear on labs.
