Why was a box not used in the first place is what I wonder

They’re free

They prevent things from breaking more than just bubble wrap alone inside a bubble mailer

And most importantly, you can’t feel pill bottles and vials inside a box when you pick it up

We’re always open to suggestions, and switching to boxes is something we’ve been discussing with the team.

That said, the padded envelope, the order wrapped in bubble wrap, then tossed inside another padded envelope wasn’t just a random call. We beat the hell out of a bunch of packaging options before settling on this setup. Tossed them around, drop-tested them, tried to break them. The double mailer consistently held up better, kept things tighter, and gave us way more flexibility with fitting much more gear (also, most of our orders this week couldn't even fit in the boxes, for what that's worth).

We’re definitely listening and open to making changes if there’s a better option down the line.

Several of the products state “kit” or “single” but most do not specify. Now it’s probably obvious to most of the customer base, looking at the pricing, which of the other items are singles vs kits, but it would be helpful to be explicit about it in the names or product descriptions

Yes! Just a heads up though, everything on our end is handled manually, so if an order comes through overnight, there might be a slight delay before payments and confirmations are processed. We’re not ignoring you, just catching up once we’re back at it in the morning.

That said, if you’ve already submitted payment, you should be getting your confirmation email shortly. Appreciate the patience. Fast turnaround is always the goal, even with a couple hours of sleep in between.

We’ve actually got that Test C 50mg and 10+ other compounds lined up and ready to send in for testing here shortly. Just wanted to get a solid wave of new batches in so we could do a bulk drop all at once.

We’ll definitely make sure that one gets included, we know how important accuracy is, especially when someone’s stepping in for the first time.

Based on our batch math, the concentration comes out right on point at that 50mg/ml. We’re using the same raw Test C as we do for all our other dosed products, and that raw came in with a 99%+ COA. The 50mg version is just scaled down in concentration.

Because it’s low-dose, the margin for error is smaller, so we’re extra careful with the measurements. The lower concentration allows for precise measuring and consistent distribution in the carrier oil.

i did a “trial order” this morning….just one bottle of test cyp

first of all the process of ordering and paying is the easiest if any source i’ve used…(may sound silly but to an older less tech savvy person that means a lot)

confirmation email has been sent


my take on primal is that they are doing one of two things….its been discussed they are just a rebrand of another source (muscle candy has been mentioned) so who knows?

with primal aggressively promoting and discounting their products they are either trying to corner the market or they are having a fire sale/going out of business sale

i guess we shall see

if their product is anything like the website and ordering process then it’s impressive

Our NAD+ is in the lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, just like a peptide. So it’ll come as a dry vial, not suspended in oil. You’ll reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water before use.
