I will say in the beginning you were solid we understand prices go up etc. but there’s been a difference in the customer service and many mix ups as of late. Then your minimum order keeps changing but not updated. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has noticed this.

This is just a sincere note.
If things had gone differently, with hundreds of orders every day, this place could’ve been flooded with bad reviews. Thankfully, that didn’t happen.
Right now, only 1 or 2 out of every 100 customers are voicing complaints — but even that feels like too much for us. We’re working hard to bring that number back down to zero, just like it used to be.

This is a mess. The Jano tests for all the injectables I looked at on the site are from 2024. But apparently the noxy products shown on the site aren’t the products people are receiving anyways?

If I order a bottle of npp today, surely that’s not the same batch tested in august 2024 advertised on the site. Is it even going to be a noxy product? If not, would I be notified before you took my money? Is testing available for the product being sold that doesn’t match the product on the website?

This is what has me confused. I was under the impression that all the oils were brewed by Devon, and I didn't read anything stating that this had changed after the re-opening that he did after his health issue hiatus. Maybe I missed it? It did appear that people were recently receiving Chinese made oils, and most recently, they went back to being labeled "Noxy", but is this just repackaged/relabeled Chinese oil still? I understand that the raws shortage is creating serious supply constraints, and sources are being forced to make decisions as to how to move forward, I'm just a little confused as I don't know exactly what's what now here.

He never brewed the products himself… he always had to ask the “brewer” what the products were brewed with and the percentages….the mast e is Chinese brewed products…. He doesn’t even sound like the same person that started … his customer service seems off…
@SwolieGuacamole most guys that gave a shit seem to not post anywhere anymore… when you do… everyone shills for the source… that’s what meso has turned into…

and now want to gaslight me as it was because they been busy. They should be going overboard fixing the issue and trying to keep those who supported them happy. It went from great to bad. Then he says 1 or 2 aren’t happy out of 100. Bullshit
