the prices are really low, the only source that has these prices and the possibility of a discount with a purchase of x10

I am satisfied and have nothing to complain about, I hope that when I return from vacation it will be even better; we need a seller or more serious and reliable sellers in the EU
There are other sources too that have 10x discount. Just try which one suits you best
 
And it stays like this or does it change when it stands for a bit?
It also can happens if you add the BAC to fast.
It stays with milkish appearance.. i added the BAC as always. Never happened this before. Tried different vials from the last two kits I got from you and thats the same.
And my question is mainly because since started to use this batch my weight dropped and lost some fullness.. I tend to think it is degradated for some reason
 
We do ship always as "Paket" with TrackID.
Right now i need to say that's wrong. I kept being told that the tracking would come, etc... But by now it seems like he has no way of sending me the tracking ID and doesn't even know if it was actually shipped.

Is there any way you could help with this? I'd really love to post the opposite in my next update.
 
Perhaps it would be beneficial to revise the wording on your website. The current phrasing, "Shipping / Shipping costs. Shipping is from Germany and is insured. We ship your goods no later than the day after receipt of payment," may be causing unnecessary concern, as it might not always be accurate.

The question from the user was if we ship "päckchen" or "Paket", and our answer is right. Just because there isnt a track which the support can send out doesnt means that the pakage hasnt a track.

We do never say that we always send out every single track in any word.

Website will be reworked at the end of our holidays, there are a couple of things we want to change and need to be changed.

Sorry, you're totally right about that. Every "Paket" does have tracking, but that only helps if you guys actually get the tracking info and can match it up, especially if the shipping was accidentally missed (which can happen).

There is an easy solution, just hit Leonie up again once a week or a week and a half after the shipping has passed and she will reship it.
Sometimes it can happens that one in the line makes an mistake and something gets lost, a order, track or something else.
We hold things easy and reship, what should happens?

Alright, deal — let’s do it that way . I’m counting on you. I don’t want to get it twice, that wouldn’t be fair and it’s really not what I want.
