Mine too. Weeks then label created finally and that was a week ago so three weeks from order and item hasn’t even been received yet
I’ve been asking for a refund but the communication sucks and only got a tracing after two weeks when I asked for a refund
Rep on here doesn’t respond to DMs salesrep doesn’t respond
Horrible customer service

I'm waiting weeks to even get a tracking number to begin with. For products they literally just posted new test reports for.

100% 4 OF 4 hung up packages from 28 MAR - 02 APR RECEIVED as of today...and reshipments are enroute.
If the reship lands identical I will have 20 vials of PRIMO 200 though I ordered M100 Primo for $31 each....don't mind that!

Do you have the packages in hand ? Because my experience was similar thought they were seized from being at the border for 10 days with customs, then buddy on WhatsApp said he did something “cosmetic” to release them, I said thanks and then all it was was a letter from customs saying I’m doing illegal activity and they seized my package. “Suspected Botox”

Well I'll be damned... This tracking number started moving a few hours ago, just like my rep said it would.

Being in the midst of 2 seized packages from different vendors and 40 days out from my oldest order has me pretty fucking frustrated, but my rep spoke the truth here, which makes me the asshole.

Granted, I'm still waiting on over $1k of product, but @SigmaAudley China Peptide seems to be trying to make things right.

Still don't have confirmation on the first order reship, but hoping to have that before EOW. Will update as the saga continues.
