I placed an order [#22696], one of many, and immediately made payment via Bitcoin.

The order is now reported as cancelled.

I got the payment received confirmation from the payment system too which is strange.

I've sent an email directly to you about this and included screenshots of everything.

@BG pharmaceuticals I paid for an order last night with BTC, once the payment was received your website cancelled my order. Are you exit scamming? or is this an issue with your new payment system? I paid $160 USD last night to you in BTC. I will update this thread once resolved but to anyone else reading I would hold off on ordering this seems to also happen to other people yesterday, not sure if BG will resolve website issue or if he is exit scamming

Nobody order from BG until this is resolved. His whole payment system is new and messed up. The BTC I paid for my order of 163 also now says $163 received but $303 pending? Someone elses order? Ive ordered 15 times in the past years never had this issue. He enrolled a new payment system and looks like its stealing peoples money
