Not a fatty lol but I love the stuff. I have hypothyroidism and was still figuring out dose when I started, but tried it after reading people say it gave them a boost of energy. I def noticed a difference on days I did it v not, and purposely looked for something without b12 since I do those injx separately and prefer hydroxocobalamin. The month I stopped because I didn’t feel like pinning, my hemoglobin dropped, and that’s the only variable that changed. I deal with iron deficiency and anemia off and on, so that was interesting.

Bonus side effect I didn’t expect, healthiest shits of my life on the days pinned

This is one of the reasons a lot of injectables seem to have longer injection frequencies vs what is likely optimal in the medical literature. It can be difficult to get people to commit to frequent injections. They generally only do that when they have to like with insulin for example. Of course that was one of the reasons they kept developing longer acting insulins.
