Also seems to be happening at temperatures much higher than room temperature

Forced accelerated degradation of protein drugs is standard procedure among pharmaceutical scientists that is accepted as being reasonably correlated to degradation at less stressful conditions over a longer period of time. Whether that's light, temp, PH, etc.

I know we'd all like to have studies replicating our UGL conditions, but pharma manufacturers and the FDA are the audience here, not us.

They're not filling vials of pharma peptides with inert gas because exposure to oxygen is some theoretical issue for academics, and even our Chinese benefactors aren't supplying peptides in vacuum because we like to feel our syringes pull the BAC in.

Now that's an interesting one. Chemical kinetics tells us storing lyophilized UGL GH in the fridge (at the very least) is a no brainer. But then I get to thinking about any pesky residual moisture in the headspace that could condense. Probably doesn't outweigh the benefit of lowering the temp during storage.
Storing before reconstitution in fridge or freezer???

While I'm having the machine fixed in January, I'll take this opportunity to provide/produce clarity on this matter by arranging for testing non-vacuum sealed hgh vs a vacuum sealed control group (made from the same batch of raws at the same time) both for humidity and for degradation at a recommended 0, 3, 6, 12 months post production in realistic storage conditions (as few users will have access to cooling them at the –20 °C or –80 °C recommended in the sigmaaldritch link), and publish the results in this thread as well as in a separate thread.

It's not that there's a lack of non-vacuum sealed peptide test results cumulatively proving my point around in this community but rather that they're all scattered and not tagged/time-stamped properly, so let me know if you want to add any specifications to this testing to strengthen the potential results/remove any bias as there's always an inherent issue with a source setting up such testing rather than the community
I'm just wondering if you have an established timeline for the testing of the no vacuum vials? My vials have no vacuum and it almost seems like they have positive pressure making it difficult to introduce the bac water. Maybe I need to vent the vial while mixing the bac water, but I hate adding extra steps. I read/saw earlier about someone experiencing solution escaping after drawing their dose; I have experienced this too with these vials and can only assume it is from the pressure in the vial.
