I spoke to a diff vendor who said they filter the product before lyophilization. Does this count as enough filtering prior to use?Aggregates form when the peptide is in liquid form during manufacturing or after reconstitution.
After filtration, the peptide solution will be free of large aggregates. However, depending on the specific peptide, PH of the solution, concentration, and other factors, aggregates can reform. (ie 1 point of PH difference can speed up aggregate formation 10x in HGH).
So filtering as close to administration is ideal, since there's no "incubation" time for new aggregates to form.
Tesa is compound known to induce site reactions even in pharma formulations. After filtering into a new vial there was no site reaction during the first dose vs the painful unfiltered Tesa.
However, by the 3rd, 4th, and 5th daily doses pain gradually intensified, suggesting aggregates reformed.
By filtering each dose just before use, those injection site reactions are virtually eliminated, which suggests a lower level of immunogenicity, to maintain maximum efficacy.
Not every peptide is as prone to rapid aggregation so filtering into a vial may be fine. But we usually don't even know whether the PH of a peptide solution is correct. I just per dose filter them all now. I could do it blindfolded.
That said, I'm not wagging my finger at anyone saying you must do this. I've decided this is a low effort process I'm willing to use because of what my research into aggregation has shown me the benefits likely are.
Here's a little about "incubation" in a wonky paper about GLP aggregation I was reading earlier today.

I concede. I went down a YouTube rabbit hole and couldn't think of a single decent reply.
Take this instead. In honor of all of us that Tracy has worked so hard to help out of the goodness of his/her heart.

You're very welcome.Wow. That’s….
…thanks for the nightmares.
Filtering raws before lypholisation is standard practice (at least it should be).I spoke to a diff vendor who said they filter the product before lyophilization. Does this count as enough filtering prior to use?

So this source I am alluding to is presumably doing that process of reconstituting the raws then filtering it into a sterile vial vacuum sealed then lyophilizing them?Filtering raws before lypholisation is standard practice (at least it should be).
I would suspect the sources who provide vials that aren't either nitrogen or vacuum sealed, have possibly skipped the filtering process.
The raws are reconstituted, then injected/filtered into vials, then lypholised and sealed.
The source has simply put raws into a vial and skipped the filtering, lypholisation + vacuum seal / nitrogen seal process.
I say this because those providing unfiltered peptides probably aren't going to have lypholisation and sealing capabilities. It's not a huge process to reconstitute and filter prior to lypholisation
Up your arse mateWhere is my order
Just imagine the chemicals that have leeched into his body through years of eating terribly. Do you know how hard it is to make McDonald's burgers grow mold?I'm disappointed the fat bugs didn't filter their adipose.

Ye ole prison walletIs that where you get it? Strange
I receive it by post
We all have a past. Some of us had a tough one and with plenty of mistakes/bad choices.Well I talk about tid bits because it's part of my story and in turned going there saved my life and entailed me to change into the great person I am and love today.... so no I do not mind talking about it to an extent.... the where and why isn't important because that's not who u am anymore... so not not rally but some thing for.my anonymity is better kept private.. there arr definitely a person here that knows my WHOLE story and she knows who her fine ass is.. lol obviously she got to know me and and ask. She is solid as they come.. anyone is welcome to do the same and eventu with trust I hold nothing back... you my girl M.....
Peace

Yea. I misspoke. I bought it premixed from a Domestic peptide source. I take Taurine, GABA and melatonin daily already in supplement form. Most of those peptides for sleep you listed don’t work very well and are a waste of time and money.None of those are peptides. GABA is a neurotransmitter, melatonin is a hormone, and histidine, taurine and theanine are amino acids or amino acid derivatives. The histidine, taurine, theanine and melatonin are all orally bioavailable and GAGA can be made more bioavailable orally in liposomal form. You're probably better off taking these orally.
Peptides for sleep would be epitalon and/or DSIP. Other peptides which might help sleep quality are selank and semax.
I've used all four of these peptides and epitalon seemed to have the most profound effect on my sleep running 10mg nightly for 2 weeks twice per year. I know some people microdose it year-round, but I can't speak to how effective that is.
Yeah I'd say so, usually only the sloppiest local labs are scooping raws into vials and crimping + it's not much more expensive to import finished peptides from china vs importing raws and messing around with vials, scales, crimping etcSo this source I am alluding to is presumably doing that process of reconstituting the raws then filtering it into a sterile vial vacuum sealed then lyophilizing them?
one source mentioned that AAS lockdowns have been loosened and production should be back to normal soon, but we don’t have anything concrete yet.Is there any confirmation that raws will come back? At all! Or is eveyone going the pe
