I had something similar happen with another vendor. Last September ZPHC was giving away a free oil or oral for reviews on another forum. But it never made it out of customs. The guy tried 3 times to send that vial to me. After the 3rd time I told him to stop before he caused me issues. One of those vials showed up 2 weeks ago with no notice at all from Informed Delivery. 4 months??!! Where in the hell was that package all this time? No Customs tape. No sign it had been opened. Nothing.

The situation has been far more complicated to resolve than anticipated, and it’s taking much longer than expected. That's weird but I've heard weirder.

Like one member receiving their original pack 2 months after receiving the reship.
