actually shipping has improved, and yes one package could be damaged in the period of december where all packages are being tossed away and played soccer with. if you knew the volume of orders the USPS handling and how they did then you would probably understand.

Nothing but excuses as usual. Constantly trying to pass the blame to the mail carrier, when you literally thd only one with these issues.

i really dont understand how you guys cant believe that i actually reshipped the orders in december month that was delayed. if i didnt reship and customers didnt receive their packages, you guys think it would be an silence forum? this thread would have go crazy if that was the problem.

all orders was reshipped, and even some customers received 2x their packages, their original order and their reship.

if any customers claim they have not received their reship orders, you are welcome to DM me. which i highly doubt.

The why did 3 of my packs never show any movement on tracking (which i can post here!!) I got a “reship” and it showed in less than 2 weeks! Never got the original package that was supposedly sent or a letter regarding seizure!

Im with @Sampei, you are way overpriced, your shipping absolutely sucks, packaging sucks and you’re the vendor with the most “reships” out of anyone else. You say that you ship a package but we never receive that initial pack, then comes the reship and it magically appears. You’re all talk and BS. Sorry but you know its the truth! You have to man up once in a while!

i was one of them, but i received my reship and my original order. as well a few others as i remember guys. i got an letter from the customs as well that they had opened my package etc

I guess you got lucky

I never hit any original packs or letters and he done it to me 3 times which is why I have such a bitter taste for him

I think you just got the final usps tracking. My usps tracking showed the minute they created the label but I’m pretty sure it’s international still.
