TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

Not go daily as in what? You do not take any rest days?
Ever since I stopped biking and upped doses I've been hitting the gym daily (for the last 1.5 weeks or so).

I normally take rest days, but I don't want to. Lifting is just as much for my mental health as it is for gains.

Can't run a PPLPPLArms split for the next 17 days lol. Will have to rework and do more of a bro split.

Last thing I want to do is not go to gym when on a big blast like this. Too much fun!
 
Have you ever tried AICAR? wondering if its worthwhile to add in to a mitochondrial stack with MOTSC, SLU and 5amino
 
I have not, but I have considered it. Let me know if you end up trying it though.

You could add methylene blue + SS31 to help bolster mitochondria as well

With AICAR theres not a lot of data or anecdotal experiences with it.
Including dosing protocols

I took your advice from the slu thread and read up on your your log @Trenbolonetax . Did not disappoint. Mentions the hack squat thingy, proceeds to wreck everyone else at the gym and max it out with plates lol. built like a brick shithouse sir. thanks for the log. Something I noticed about my own blood work -was running a fairly long cycle with test/eq, and was expected my red blood cell count to be up due to the eq, turns out it was very normal and i was running a solid 500mg of eq for 18 weeks till I stopped - eq absolutely crushed my e2 to the floor. I have been taking SLU for a good while, wonder if thats why my blood work looked better than I expected. I've had enough of this shit mood was writing it off to cutting for as long as I have been didn't think i demolished my e2 so bad. taking hcg this week and next to spike my e2 back to the something reasonable, get a new blood test next week.
 
AICAR has some good potential based on its mechanism of action. I think this compound needs to be tested by more people to find a good protocol.
So I just did 25mg IM with 400mg L-carnitine, kind of underwhelming subjectively, but may have had slightly better recovery between sets. Probably not the best expiriment with all the other mitochondrial compounds in the mix already.
It's possible the effects will be more pronounced with higher doses & continued use.

Thank you sir. I don't go to a hardcore gym; big fish in a small pond lol. Couple hardcore gyms around where I live but they aren't convenient and I don't appreciate the amount of ego and "alpha" that permeates the air.

Can't we just stop pretending we're alpha cuz we take abuse steroids and lift heavy ass weights?

I think my E2 is fucking crushed rn. I've progressively had more joint pain, worse mood, dead dick (if not in action), dry skin, etc. I'm trying my best to fix it by using even more HCG and hitting more test and less EQ but shit lol. One of the bad things of EQ is the long ester; kind of along for the ride.

I'll be getting bloods in about a week. I'm gonna show @readalot mine and he's gonna show me his so we can do a direct comparison of "lipids." I think (hope) that's code word for something else.

I think exercise mimetics, ppar agonists, stuff like that in general, improves bloods for the most part. It's my experience they also keep HCT lower.

I took 30mg dbol pre workout with my 100mg of oxandrolone; I want my feel good mood back. There was a point earlier on in my blast where I was basically euphoric singing in the car to my hoodrat music.

Curious about your bloods; please share if you're willing when you get new ones.

Where / who are you sourcing methylene blue from? I was previously using some stuff from amazon that was liquid but I didn't like dealing with the teeth stain and the whole process of avoiding that. I considered grabbing some from modern aminos. What does are you using?

I may draw bloods this week. My systolic BP shot up 20 points so I may have to call it on the stanzolol this week (week 5). 25 mg five times a week just too much for me on top of the Test. Veins everywhere though so I got what I paid for!
 
It’s a terrible price but you can get methylene blue in capsule form from biolabshop. It’s like 60 euros for 60 caps of 10 mg (but you can find 10% off codes from all the major steroid influencers).

First time got it from science.bio
However I went with the liquid from Amazon as well just cause the shipping was quick and I don't like waiting too long.
5-10mg a day only.
I don't go high on the dose since it has MAO inhibition properties and I often use preworkouts, so the stimulation is a bit much.

Yea you'd be a good test candidate from what it seems

People be raving about Slupp dosing at .75-1.5mg a day where's you're here smashing 100s of grams lol.

That makes me question the real effective dose range or even what the minimum effective dose is for measurable changes/inprovements for some of these compounds..

For sure man, your log is pretty cool. Very interested to see how you progress with your stack.
I sourced the AICAR from QSC. First time using them so the order process felt strange. But with the prices they were offering I couldnt resist ordering it for some self-experimentating :)

Yea that is a very true!
I do more anaerobic type training myself. They don't do so much in the strength department.


MOTSC is definitely a heavy hitter, ~5mg/day seems like a good dose where I can really feel the performance boost.

Haven't tried SS-31 yet.
Heard mixed reviews in terms of results but on paper looks very good.
What was your dosing protocol with it?

Can I ask what your BP is? I just measured mine at 132/66

125/84 this AM and 144/78 this evening. Similar systolic last 3 nights. Have been hitting the stan as PWO in the afternoon.

Just TRT runs me 120/80 with no BP meds. Nandrolone also didn't touch my BP last go around. Stan is vicious at 25 mg PWO. My head feels like it is going to pop and everyone at gym currently fears my cephalic and forehead veins.

In short, I am worst AAS user of all time. Just 150 mg/week Test Cyp last 5 weeks.
