Go by movement off baseline for sure. And no, its not low. Just lower than I get. I am regularly in the 470s at 2.6 iu so at first glance it seemed low to me

381 is a good response to 4 IU/d.

Currently taking it and great results. I went from pharma Anavar and switched to Optis when I ran out. So far results have been the same.
