Buy glycine and always take NAC with glycine. You can buy glycine powder (cheaper) or capsules or make your own capsules. Take a few grams of glycine with your NAC. I would start with 600mg NAC a day. I have taken NAC 1200mg morning and 1200mg at night for long periods of time, so I know it can be done safely. It is also anti addiction, and may remove any cravings you have for mind altering substances.

Always take NAC with glycine. They synergize and are so restorative in combination together that I would say it may be the number 1 anti aging and healing thing someone can take.

NMN. I use niacinamide now, but when I used NMN, I used like 50mg under the tongue, a few times per day. Some people take a gram of NMN. You can take as much as cost permits you to take. I would certainly take extra choline or TMG etc if you start increasing the dosages. I would also take ribose, anywhere up to 10g per day.
What time of day would be best to take?

Any time, once per day, or you can take it twice per day, morning and night. I don't know if there is a benefit from doing it three or more times per day. I usually do it twice per day, but also once per day. It depends. For you, I would do twice per day.

Will start tomorrow, appreciate it.

Thank You for taking the time to answer these, will be putting these to the test today/tomorrow! Got it all in the mail. Will report back

Wow what a difference. I did this today, i feel so clear headed. I didnt need to take one of my anxiety medications today. And i still have energy from taking it in the morning….

Was able to walk through a very anxious moment and not be anywhere close as a mess as i would have been otherwise, much more calm and collective. And very clear spoken about things…

Should this stuff be cycled? Can taken everyday? I am not sure if i asked this already.

You can take this everyday. No need to cycle it. Your body actively needs both of these substances, so you are just reliably and efficiently giving your body what it needs.

I'm glad you feel good on it. The NAC can be a real game changer. A good example is something like dehabilitating OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), which NAC can cure, which are really tough conditions to crack because getting someone to stop repetitive behaviors is very difficult, even when you fix the underlying thought patterns.

The glycine turbocharges the NAC, and both of them not only restore/support your glutathione production in the liver, but this combination supports bodywide cellular glutathione levels.

It's extremely restorative. Read this paper, for example:

Article:
GlyNAC (Glycine and N-Acetylcysteine) Supplementation in Mice Increases Length of Life by Correcting Glutathione Deficiency, Oxidative Stress, Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Abnormalities in Mitophagy and Nutrient Sensing, and Genomic Damage

Abstract: Determinants of length of life are not well understood, and therefore increasing lifespan is a challenge. Cardinal theories of aging suggest that oxidative stress (OxS) and mitochondrial dysfunction contribute to the aging process, but it is unclear if they could also impact lifespan. Glutathione (GSH), the most abundant intracellular antioxidant, protects cells from OxS and is necessary for maintaining mitochondrial health, but GSH levels decline with aging. Based on published human studies where we found that supplementing glycine and N-acetylcysteine (GlyNAC) improved/corrected GSH deficiency, OxS and mitochondrial dysfunction, we hypothesized that GlyNAC supplementation could increase longevity. We tested our hypothesis by evaluating the effect of supplementing GlyNAC vs. placebo in C57BL/6J mice on (a) length of life; and (b) age-associated GSH deficiency, OxS, mitochondrial dysfunction, abnormal mitophagy and nutrient-sensing, and genomic-damage in the heart, liver and kidneys. Results showed that mice receiving GlyNAC supplementation (1) lived 24% longer than control mice; (2) improved/corrected impaired GSH synthesis, GSH deficiency, OxS, mitochondrial dysfunction, abnormal mitophagy and nutrient-sensing, and genomic-damage. These studies provide proof-of-concept that GlyNAC supplementation can increase lifespan and improve multiple age-associated defects. GlyNAC could be a novel and simple nutritional supplement to improve lifespan and healthspan, and warrants additional investigation.

Awesome thank you

Does this stuff make other medicines and things like ashwaghanda not work? Or it doesnt effect other meds?

anyone know anything that would help the brain heal? I did some damage and read that brain wont heal in a way, so anyone know anything to heal or make new connections?
Aminos, or vitamins, or any supplements?
I dont know about healing but I have been using alpha brain black label, it has helped me out a lot.

Stamets stack as already referenced.

BPC-157 is used to treat TBI's I believe.

Ketamine induces neuroplasticity.

CBD also shows some promising results for TBI as well.

Inseresting, yes would have to look into so. Do you know if ketamine small doses or litteral high doses?

You can look up what the clinics use for dosages.

I'd say get some on the street. Mix it @2g/30ml with saline and nasal spray it until you feel something.

It's supposed to help beat addiction too but I know some people go down the rabbit hole with this stuff. Ego death and what not until they fold up into a ball humming Ohm's while experiencing the great library of atomization as their consciousness is neatly nestled on the bookshelf of time.

Idk if you can get addicted to that feeling. Personally it's a place I feel you only have to go to once.

Stamets a salesman with some knowledge but research it first. And yes I've used every mushroom protocol with amazing results. K's great but it needs to be supervised or you'll just be talking to mud puddles. I'm currently researching Gotu kola since I grow it. Looks promising.

Thymosin Alpha-1 induces Neurogenesis. However they mostly tested it on developing brains.

I think they use Cerebrolysin for stroke patients. You want Cerebrolysin
