What is everyone's Gear and Supplement Budget?

Curious to know what people are spending on gear, amino blends, peptides, protein powders, supplements, etc. a month or quarterly.

I have 4k worth. Enough to last me for a out 7+ cycles. I would just have to restock on Masteron

Food is still the most expensive component of all of this.

When I was bulking maybe 200 a week?

I maybe spent 8000-9000 total since starting this 16 months ago(including TRT)

Food is most definitely the expensive part. When I was giving it my all I was spending $200 for 4 days worth of food. I was trying to gain so more food than normal but still.

Food is always the hardest part. From buying it to cooking to cleaning to staying on a schedule. Accidentally sleep in on the weekend? Your fucked. Good luck cramming in all that good because you’re 3 hours behind on a schedule that already makes you feel like you’re gonna puke.

And I’m small! Can’t imagine how the big boys feel.

As for suppliments outside of drugs, just protein powder and pre workout powder.

I guess for me it's the slimming down, then bulking up.
So, I've spent more on Tirzepatide.
I am thinking I need to get on TRT (after labs) since I am older.
We always have protein powder and food. We have growing kids in the house.

Home Brew!!! You will save a ridiculous amout.

2-300$ homebrew is like 2000$ bought, so it makes a difference in gear.

I use no supplements.

Protein powder skyrocketed so 11 lb bag at peak cycle lasts 1 month. 130$

Hgh 160$ month at 5 iu a day

So 400 $ a month.

And equally in food.

So 800$ a month i think

Edit- energy drink 60$ a month

Food has definitely been the most expensive part of my journey.
Currently spending around $400ish a week.
Protein Powder - $80-$160/month
No other supplements! At this time
I am in Canada, so food is stupid expensive! Lots of chicken and ground beer lol

For some people gear costs exceeds food. Then they wonder why they don't have any progress lol

Gear cost is negligible compared to food. I have a 10 year supply of Test, 5 years worth of cycle of nandrolone and masterone for the amount of money I spend on food for 2 months.
Anyone know how to homebrew food? :p

Gear is cheap compared to food.
My son is soon to hit his teens, and is a ravenous black hole.

I took a 2nd job at a restaurant to help out. Besides extra income, I bring home snacks. I also provide scraps/leftovers to a farmer friend of mine in exchange for the occasional hog.
Fresh eggs come from his neighbor.

Unfortunately alcohol in any shape or form isn't a habit for me, except the occasional old fashioned. I would be seriously fucked if beer and cars were my hobbies...
Alcohol has fallen off of my habit list since I started AAS. And minus special events really fallen off in the past 4 months

Food is huge for us, but honestly being on a GLP Peptide, I am not craving any alcohol. I know our food budget is high and we do have a few boys who are eaters and are active.

I don’t really have a budget. I spend freely for PEDs etc… I will say my related expenses have gone up significantly since these glp-1 drugs came out. They are significantly more expensive than gear and GH.

Watch out he'll eat even more once he gets bit by the training bug. You have to be lucky for getting those extras in exchange for busting your ass even more.

Hell yes; a garden and animals.

Chickens for eggs and meat. Hogs, cows, lamb...the possibilities are endless. All "homebrew" food right there.

Not to mention some good hunts - deer, elk, pheasant, quail, wild boar, hare, fish, squirrel, on and on...

Need to homebrew clothing? Emu, Alpaca, Sheep, Lamb, Coyote...

So many homebrew options.
