I heard clenbutrol is powerful, is this wrong?

I'm doing pct after finishing the latest cycle. I want to lose some body fat, so I started to take clen and ramped up it to 120mcg/daily (with ketotifen 2mg/daily, of course), but the effect is not as dramatic as I thought.

There are no side effects such as tremors or cramps, probably because I took enough potassium and taurine. I can feel my body temperature rising and sweating well. However, to be honest, I'm not really feeling the fat burning effect. What is the problem?

Straight to 120mcg should have you a mess. I’d be suspect of my clen. 40mcg the first week has me lit.

What brand? Some has tested low as 12-15mcg on 20 mcg tabs. Everyone is different on sides but 40 to 80mcg is the recommended dosage for asthma. I feel it at 80-100 mcg. Sometimes even if you don't feel it as much it's still working. 30 days usually cuts 10-20 pounds off me if doing cardio. You should slowly ramp up the dosage every 3-4 days and no ketotifen until week three.

So I gradually increased the dose to 120mcg. After taking, I can breathe clearly (probably because it's an asthma medication), so I don't think the medicine I have is a fake.

Is clen's fat burning effect not the much? I thought It would be very strong.

Well 10-20 pounds a month is good. Clen works and is popular because you don't loose muscle with the fat loss. I think it gets its reputation for being super strong because some people are very sensitive to it as a stimulant. Me not so much.... it works great but I can handle stimulants very well. Those people who can't handle a couple energy drinks or coffee should stay away from it. Especially any people that get heart palpitations from any kind of caffeine drinks. In my opinion clenbuterol works better than adipex. Adipex is a amphetamine type drug in it makes you feel high but the clan definitely makes me burn more fat.

"Clenbut" from india. Is the drug the problem?

I've been losing weight lately. But body fat doesn't go down well.

Personally, I find it hugely overrated and the sides aren't worth what little extra fat loss it might bring. I'd rather shave a few more calories or do another 10 minutes on the bike than take clen.

I have not taken that brand yet. I have taken the Sopharma brand which tested between 12 and 15 MCG. The pre-covid pharmacom clenbeterol used to work great but it seems like they changed the formula during covid and it sucked. Then they said they weren't going to make it anymore because raws were not as good. I like the sopharma brand. I also got some crappy Balkan brand before that was expired and you couldn't check the check codes. I suspect that may have been fake cause it didn't do anything.

Clen is great under the right conditions and as long as you listen to your body. Some pros will run it mid dose(80mcg/day) for long periods of time. I stick to the two weeks on two weeks off protocol.

Despite the widespread reports of muscle cramping, it's still only ~60% of people that experience even this most common side effect at 80 mcg daily (after a week at 40 mcg). Electrolytes and Taurine will ameliorate cramping. Tremors are even more rare (~25% prevalence). So, as usual, assessing the quality or veracity of your product by side effects is not going to work.

Clen is foremost an anabolic agent, not a fat loss drug per se. It is of course effective at this, 80 μg clenbuterol ↑RMR 21% over 3 hr (78 kg bodyweight men) & fat oxidation ↑39%.

But clen derives its particular utility from recomp effects (↑ Lean body mass and ↓ fat mass) and effects on performance (↑ power & strength & ↓endurance by a shift in to glycolytic metabolism and fast twitch muscle phenotype).

My point being: clen isn't very useful as a dieting drug: it shines at already low body fat %, for enhanced partitioning.

Combining caffeine with clenbuterol or salbutamol, will substantially increase the fat burning effect. But overall, these drugs aren't all that great for fat loss. They are ok. You still have to really have a disciplined diet.

Clenbuterol shines with cardio. It was my first introduction into Peds even way before trt. I was a Avid mountain biker biking 15 miles every day. I never changed my diet and I never changed my cardio I just continued with the mountain biking and every time I took clenbuterol I lost 20 pounds in 30 days. It sure did come in handy after the holiday season LOL

How about albuterol or salbuterol?

I’ve tried clen wasn’t too impressed. It’s kind of a shitty dirty drug imo. It’s too toxic and powerful for me and when I say powerful I mean I felt it too much. Like crack.

Honestly if anything use a GLP agonist.

to me the risk profile with clen just isn’t worth what it does… i actually feel 10x better most days on the GLP (I never can remember the actual brand name). It melted the weight off and worst thing I’ve gotten was under eating and training suffered which is completely preventable.

Ozempic?

I was taking the Sopharma brand for awhile, got up to 8-9 per day. Didn’t really notice any sides, no shakes or anything but I’m also on nebivolol. Did notice some cramping, not terrible though, was taking 10 grams per day of taurine for that. I also have some Clenbut on hand that I may or may not be trying. They are the 60mcg tabs.

I would use ephedra. I researched clen once because it is measured in MCG and UG labs aren't that precise, and I heard lots of fakes.

Well all my hours of research on forums etc, many many many fakes.

You buy "clen" it may or may not be clen, and will probably not be dosed properly. id rather take readily available EC and know what Im ingesting.

Also, nothing will matter if your diet isn't on point. NOTHING

That's why I like the sopharma clen...it's pharmaceutical grade not UGL and it's been tested twice on the Forum
