Will try it againTry some phenibut. Take like 1g or 1.5g. It lasts a long time. It's subtle and works in the background. I think that's your answer.

IMO don't try phenibut. It is highly addictive and the withdrawals are fucking insane. Will try it again
I take it in the afternoon or at nighttime. I don't feel much from it, except for a subtle effect. For me, it lasts atleast the entire next day. As I said, it's very subtle but it works. Will try it again
Would only use 1x a week, but it made me so depressed when i was peaking on it.IMO don't try phenibut. It is highly addictive and the withdrawals are fucking insane.
Because chronic use of PHB downregulates GABAB and A receptors, its abrupt discontinuation induces withdrawal symptoms including psychomotor agitation, psychosis, hallucinations, seizures, nausea and vomiting, and tachycardia

Yes, would only take 1x a week. I took 1 g and 2 g and 3 g and 4 g. I got sick om 4 g.I take it in the afternoon or at nighttime. I don't feel much from it, except for a subtle effect. For me, it lasts atleast the entire next day. As I said, it's very subtle but it works.
Some people report getting high or intoxicated from it. I have no idea what those people are feeling. I've never felt like that, at all.
And to people who say it's addictive, I also didn't see this.
If you get the powder, please put it into capsules. The HCL is too acidic and will hurt your teeth.
Yes i am hearing buspar is goodYou should also try CBD oil. It is not psychoactive. It's also very subtle.
And you mentioned you'd be open to trying Lexapro, and I'd recommend that. That's the best SSRI, if you're going to use one. It's strong, clean, works very quickly, weight neutral etc. 10mg a day to see the full effect, but you could also take 5mg.
I'm not a fan of SSRI's generally, but if you have an anxiety problem, they can offer life changing relief.
You're telling someone to take phenibut every day? Dude your are giving people advice thay could ruin their lives. The idea thay you should take small doses daily to build a tolerance is absurd and reckless. Thisbis a harm reduction forum and you are encouraging harm. Normally I am not so pointed with responses but this must be said and please EVERYBODY who reads this advice: never ever do this!!! It is a fast track to addiction. You need to take 500mg a day and then let it build up. Then maybe use 1g-1.5g a day. This isn't a substance that should be used on an as needed basis. It's not strong enough for that.
Buspar worked wonders for both my sister and girlfriend. Zero side effects. It literally just made them more capable of dealing with stress and less prone to anxiety. I HIGHLY recommend it.Yes i am hearing buspar is good
sounds like he's deliberately trying to get people fucked upYou're telling someone to take phenibut every day? Dude your are giving people advice thay could ruin their lives. Yes i remember i was on buspar right out of rehab, there really was no side effects at all. I kept doses super low so will try higher. Good stuff, thanksBuspar worked wonders for both my sister and girlfriend. Zero side effects. It literally just made them more capable of dealing with stress and less prone to anxiety. I HIGHLY recommend it.
With phenibut all you will get is even MORE anxiety when you try to come off. Then the cycle of addiction starts. Even taking it once a week...what's the point? It won't help you.
I can't recommend Buspar strongly enough!
I also very much like vaped CBD. Works very well.
Long story short, similar to benzo and alcohol withdrawal. You can literally die from phenibut withdrawals. This shit ain't no joke. I am all for decriminalization and legalization of drugs, but honestly we'd be better for if phenibut was never created!IMO don't try phenibut. It is highly addictive and the withdrawals are fucking insane.

There's plenty of others as well. Go to the quittingphenibut subreddit and read some of the experiences. Also that was one study among many. Anything that causes GABA dependence can cause death upon cessation (alcohol, benzos, barbiturates, phenibut). here is another. The study you posted. The first paragraph:
"A 23-year-old male with an extensive polysubstance abuse history (cannabis, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and hallucinogens) and anxiety/depression managed with the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, sertraline, presented to the emergency department with progressive hallucinations and psychomotor agitation. A year prior, he had completed a drug rehabilitation program, but relapsed after a few months by abusing PHB. At the time of his emergency department presentation, he was using 4000 mg of PHB every six hours. He abruptly discontinued PHB two days prior. He denied other current drug abuse."
If you take 24 grams of phenibut every day, on top of all of the other drugs this person was taking (whether or not his drug screening showed no drugs means no difference to me.
So many people are on undetectable research chemicals and they never tell the truth about what they're on).........how are you going to blame phenibut? This case report is not useful here, sorry.
If you know if it's dopamin or seratonin deficiency you can supplement with some extra aminoacids in combination with caffeine. 100-200mg caffeine + 1-2g l-tyrosine + 500mg of l-theanine does wonders for me.So with rodiloa is there a specific ingredient looking for, kind of like tumeric and curcumin. As its not the tumeric your looking for its the curcumin.
Phenibut is good, right on the psyche, it presses me, then I become like a vegetable and inhibited.Try some phenibut. Take like 1g or 1.5g. It lasts a long time. It's subtle and works in the background. I think that's your answer.
I am prescribed xanax 2mg 3x daily. I do not normally take them all each month, but I would recommend starting with a non-benzo for treatment. Thankfully, I do not experience withdrawls from Xanax, but most people will and they are extremely addictive if you have an addictive personality. I have taken Wellbutrin and Hydroxyzine (both non benzos) in the past and they both have seemed to work for me. Wellbutrin works for some, and causes pretty freaking vivid dreams! Stay strongWho has terribly bad anxiety? What medications do you take?
I get drug tested so i cant take benzos or else i would.
Gabapentin did help but in order for it to work have to take it 4-5 times a day. Which i would like to take something 1x a day.
Anyone have any insight?
