First cycle (progress) of many to come…

Just started my first cycle…I’m 32 and been into sports my whole life primarily motocross and bmx racing. In the military so I workout regularly but started REALLY lifting/eating (counting macros etc)religiously a couple years ago. About the cycle…dbol 40mg/day for 4 maybe 5 weeks max plus 500mg test C per week for 12 weeks. First photo (blue shorts) was taken at the start. Weighed in at 195#’s body fat was something like 17-19???…not entirely sure. I started the dbol at 30mg a day but upped it to 40 after the first week. Haven’t felt all the hype of what dbol was supposed to be like aside from some minor back pump and a pretty brutal tricep pump that felt like my arms were going to explode. Been pinning in the glutes and delts…heating the oil up in hot water in the sink prior to injecting. So far not too much pain…had one last week that felt like someone hit my ass cheek with a baseball bat but that o lt lasted 3ish days. Lol. Anyways…second photo (black shorts) was at two weeks weighing in at 201#’s. I plan on taking progress pictures every two weeks. Right now at week three I’m sitting at 205. I’m not a bodybuilder by any means but I follow a conjugate program just because I follow powerlifting and plan to compete in the near future. So far I JUST started noticing strength increases and stamina as well. I’m not getting burnt out nearly as fast and I can rep shit out (5-8) that I could maybe do three reps with. With that being said more pictures to follow next week on the one month of progress. Lifts when I started:
Squat: 455
Bench: 275
Deadlift: 475

Why the hell are you running more than one compound or at least dbol at that dosage? No reason you need it that high. If you have sides, how are you going to know which drug it’s from? You don’t even know how to deal with side effects yet if they happen? Wtf are you doing..

First of all I have Arimidex on hand in case gyno etc starts popping up. Second of all you’re acting like I’m blasting ten different things. I also started the dbol at a lower dose and upped it because I was getting absolutely zero reaction or effects from it. Upped to 40 and started feeling more from that. Not sure if the shit I got is slightly bunk or if I just don’t respond as well as others to it??? I’ve got two really good buddies I know in real life that have done MANY blasts over the last decade who are helping me out…I’m not some chump buying a bunch of shit and hoping for the best? So assuming what knowledge I have etc is ignorant. But thank you I appreciate the feedback lol.
 
Good lifts. A little surprised you can with your physique but I wasnt anything impressive when I could dead 500 before my back went out(natural). Atleast you can clearly lift if you can reach those numbers. Looking forward to your progress homie.

Dude I’m not going to lie…the deadlift has been a struggle. I’m 5’11 and have played with stance and grip width so much lol. I pull conventional and still play around with stance to this day trying to perfect it. But all in all just staying with it…been running a conjugate program now for about 4ish months and love it. Haven’t tested my dead in a while just because it wipes me out for a few days. But appreciate it man goal is to be squatting 495+, benching low 300’s and deadlifting in the 500’s…..for now. We shall see!
 
People can help you but everyone reacts differently. There is no reason to have more than 1 compound on your first cycle. No, assuming you are going to be okay because you have done research and have buddies helping you is ignorant. Until you have run compounds, the research is your best guess. Research doesn’t make you a specialist. Adex on hand for gyno? Is that a joke lol. Adex won’t stop estrogen from binding you the receptors in you breast tissue. The way dbol aromatizes is very stubborn in itself and it seems like it takes rolaxifene more than not over Nolvadex if you start getting gyno. Do you even have a serm on hand? I’d hate for you to be like some people who don’t get symptoms of gyno such as itching or burning and to then have a lump and a tender chest and not know what to do because you’ve never ran gear before and have no idea wtf is causing the problem or how to deal with it.

Okay bud…well I’m still alive and thriving so I guess I took a little extra risk on the first one. Oh well life goes on live and learn. At the end of the day all of us are risking shit and experimenting. I’m content with my decision to run two compounds that’s aren’t super crazy. Hell…I could have been like a million other dorks on here blasting tren and whatever else because that’s what’s “cool” on social media lol.
 
I agree with the test only as a first cycle idea. But to your point, you are doing nothing too crazy. 500mg test for 12 weeks should yield good results. Are you going to do pct or cruise after? I have no experience with dbol so I won't say anything about it.
Yeah going to pct with nolvadex and clomid…I want to use hcg but I haven’t researched enough about it yet to do that confidently.

Diet is good I eat as clean as I can chicken, ground beef, steaks, eggs, rice, and veggies is 95% of my diet. Helps that my wife is doing a bikini comp so with her prepping for that I kinda get forced into eating good lol. Occasionally I’ll eat pizza or maybe a chik fil a/McDonald’s trip but not often. My maintaining calories are in the ballpark of 2800-3200 and right now I’m eating 3590-3800 a day macros being C-50% P-25% F-15%. I’m getting a solid 200g of protein a day from real food not powder. I’ll slam a shake after a workout still though lol. I don’t get retarded with my step count but I get around 5-10k a day. Also thanks I try to fabricate as muc of it as I can. So far the rack, safeties, j-hooks, plate storage, deadlift bar jack, and flat bench I have made myself!

Alright 4 week update… weighing in at 205.2#’s as of this morning. Not a TON of strength gains as far as any PR’s but the weights are feeling a lot better/easier and I’m not burning out at all. I feel like I can just hammer down all day if I wanted to. Getting a little more vascularity and muscle definition as well. Either this week or next week will be my last week with dbol still haven’t really decided if I want to run it for four or five weeks. Maybe I just don’t respond well to it? I’m getting solid back pumps and weight gain but nothing really strength wise that everyone raves about…also no bad side effects yet either and haven’t had to run any Arimidex whatsoever.
