Workout was not great. Just felt wiped. Did the IF thing today and yesterday. Taking a 12.5mg dose Mk 677 in the am. Honestly not feeling great on this combo. Maybe I need some more time with it. Not sure what it is but it’s just not great for energy. Also it’s about a hundred fucking degrees when it’s not pissing water out the damn air all day so there’s that. I feel more mental clarity and the fasting surprisingly kills my appetite but once I make it to the gym Im out of gas. Haven’t been able to loose any weight on it either, could be the water retention, could be me making less than stellar food choices during the eating window. Not really sure where to go from here. Really need to clean up this extra body fat and not tank all my lifts, get my blood markers back to healthy. Probably just asking for a miracle to do all that without some extra drugs. Oh well one can always dream. Probably get bloods done in a week or two.

Yea, that’s true. My goal was to take off at least 6 months, clean up my gut, injuries and blood work. Not That the bloods have been bad but I’m sure hct/ hgb are high after 13 weeks on test and deca. Need to work on weakness and imbalances in the gym and I really can’t do all that if I’m pushing the weights too heavy. Got a chiropractor appointment tomorrow and probably just keep working on the nutrition and just be patient with the IF. Blood pressure has actually been good so making some progress there with the linsopril and I think the am only dose of MK decreased the water retention. Being strong is not easy for everyone, lol

Workout was meh. I’m done with IF, had enough feeling tired.Back to basics. No magic cure, but hey I gave it a go. Good to know I can use it in a pinch to drop weight for a weig in or something. Deadlift went well, adductor and hip felt a little tight but no pain. Huge improvement there. Taking a few weeks off the heavy deadlift has been really good for me.

Training cut short got called out to work. On call guy was in a jam. Before that I worked a shut down so a couple 12-14 hour days in a row. Not much sleep, dehydrated and getting cramps, feeling like shit any way so putting that work out to a stop was probably a good thing anyway,lol. Really been tough for me to get in enough water with the heat working on roofs and the pace of the work. Stopped running the Mk and lost a few lbs of bloat, so joints are a little achy. Im not as hungry now, so I should actually be able to diet now. Need to go in and get my blood pulled this week. Going to try and get in the gym and do upper body today some extra my session got fucked up yesterday

Finaly had a good squat session. Had yesterday off and worked a semi normal week. So fatig was low. Also worked up to my top set weight in singles instead of doing all 5’s Across the board, then did the back downs. So compared to my previous scheme I actually had more tonnage and was fresh for the top set. Probably run it like that for a few weeks for results. Feeling kinda blah these days. Tired from work, super busy with the family training has definitely taken a back seat the past 4-5 week. Good to have a small win.

Work has been a bitch. Long days, in and outside. Hot as balls here, tough to get down enough water. Really busy , which isn’t a surprise so they‘d been hiring guys all winter/spring to get ready for summer and now we’ve lost the same amount of guys that got hired but it was techs that were with the company 5+ years. Turning into a revolving door. Anyway, funny story they brought on some guys that are pretty good mechanics but some of em are lazy. One of my teachers from trade school is now my helper, tables turned lol. He’s one of the lazy ones and I gotta pull his weight,lol

Deads were a mess, couldn’t hold onto it. Works got me tired, summer in Texas and I cant manage an 8 hour day to save my life. My right hand this time I lost my grip. I’m right handed and that fucker is usually infallible. When got my lats tight and had good tension built before the pull I was able to lock it out and even have a long hold. Bench went good, seems like every time I’ve benched on deadlift day I have a good bench day, regardless of the order of exercise or how hard I deadlift. So had an epiphany, it’s the fucking deadlift shoes! I wear the sabo gen 2? I guess they’re called. Seem to have better contact with the floor and I can actually pulse some drive from my heels and kick that weight off my chest. Had a convo with the coach, started explaining what I thought was goin on and he finished my sentence. Been a thing with some of his other guys too and himself. So I will be wearing squat shoes only to squat and the sabos for everything else now.

*Got bloods done the other day. Should have results soon, think of running some extra test or maybe throw in another compound but not actually doing a big blast. Maybe run 250 test, or 200/200 test/tren , maybe test and add some deca for joints but keep it low or throw some tbol in for 6 weeks. Don’t think a full blown cycle is ideal right now since my training is all fucked from work. Would be cool to have some extra drive in the gym. I be got the next 3-4 months to fuck around, no meet planed. Could potentially compete in December but I won’t do it f my hip is still jacked up. Anybody have some thoughts on this?

Bench is feeling more consistent. Felt wiped from working the weekend , squats were meh but bench felt good. Using those sabo deadlift shoes on bench was like unlocking a cheat code. 6 months ago 315 was a single at a 9 RPE

I did the gamer thing a bit as teenager. I honestly haven’t owned a console in 15+ years. Just don’t have the time. Used to play COD with some roommates about 10 years ago but I honestly rather spend my free time lifting, shooting , or socializing now. Kids really change things

Well man , I dunno. My bloods keep coming back really good. So I figure I could run a blast. Just not sure how to work it. I may compete In December but I’m not sure. It’s most likely I will not compete again until March 2022. My next trt bloods aren’t until end of May/ beginning of June . I could potentially run 2 blasts and recover fine in that time frame.

Pretty decent workout, nothing wild. Little progressive overload on slingshot bench. Keeping the deadlift low RPE. Low back has taken a beating at work lifting compressors and motors in the heat. Finally got a weekend off. Supposed to go pig huntin. Getting back to shooting & hunting as a hobby now that ammo is available again. Hunting is expensive out here if you don’t own land. So to say no on an invite like that is nearing mental retardation levels. These guys got a bunch a ferrel pigs on their deer lease and they want em gone before deer season so if I help em out I’ll probably have a place to deer hunt come fall.
