Order was shipped from W2 more than 10 days ago. Still waiting for tracking number

completely normal as tracking numbers usually are not uploaded to the customer dash board for a couple weeks and never less than 1 week (for intl packs). From my experience (my destination is in the USA so maybe EU is less) total T/A time from W2 has been consistantly 4 to 6 weeks for the vast majority with a few rare packs under or over.

I have over 20 orders on the site, a vast majority from W2. I’ve never had to wait more than a week for tracking number, a lot of times less. So def not the norm for me. Agree shipping overall from W2 does take around 4-6 weeks to my destination.
 
Ordered my pack in march. Sitting in Europe since middle of june... you know how many times ive contacted these guys? ZERO. Have some patients. Shit will come

I am not sure what else to say other than they will upload it when they can do so -- but, you can be confident (and you know this with 20+ orders) this is an excellent source which will always follow through and ship paid orders. Nothing to worry about at all :)

I'm still waiting for orders I placed in February just before Chinese new years. And I'm still placing new orders from these guys. So I'm pretty sure I've been pretty patient.

W2 from Febuary should now be shipped (W2 is able to ship again).
I was under the impression the CV-19 delayed orders have now been shipped.
If yours have not yet updated as shipped (on the dashboard > orders), there may be some confusion; if this is the case then please consider contacting customer service via the "contact us" form on the source's so they may explore why yours have not shipped.
Customer service should be able to find and resolve your delayed orders.

No my orders from Feb have been shipped now. They’re on the way to the W2 middle point. I was just saying that I have been patient, so I don’t really need someone telling me to have patience. I don’t have the luxury to order 10 vials at a time like most here due to my location. So I need to know when my orders are actually shipped to be able to place new ones. That’s why getting tracking numbers is important to me.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

That’s weird cuz my 4 month old order from W1 has new tracking number uploaded and I’m pretty sure it hasn’t shipped yet.

I have not yet heard confirmation of W1 delayed orders shipping.
IF they have started to ship, it has not yet been announced anywhere that I have seen.
I know new W1 orders for EU to within EU have a more expencive shipping option of courier and those have been moving.
But I have not heard anything else new regarding W1.
