i started to struggle when i was eating like 4.5k cals, not that much for many of you but for me :(
Hey brother I would have a hard time putting down a healthy 4500kcals too. I found when bulking either home made double cheese burgers on whole wheat buns and avocado countered with grilled chicken thigh meat sandwiches and cheese and avocado to help with a good majority of the kcals. Then protein shakes made with macadamia milk and ice cream. A a big chicken Cesar salad with avocado. Each snack or meal drinking a glass of lactose free whole milk. Will help too. I know everyone has there own repertoire as far as what works but off the top of my head those were some of the most healthy high kcals meals I would make that I found I could constantly eat. Home made lasagna has a tendency to really pack the calories in too. I don’t like fast food. It’s too greasy for me, and It makes me big and fat not big and muscular. What are some of everyone’s favorite bulking meals??
 
About the 4500 calories....... I too have had trouble in the past consuming enough calories when I was younger. I don’t know what your macro breakdown is but as mentioned above the cheeseburger thing is good if you are not going the liquid route. Also what has helped me hit my mark has been granola cereal. It is very dense for the little actual amount you consume. The volume is low but packs quite a bit of cals.
 
Well I just think a lot of people that are struggling can drink an extra 1000-1500 calories

A High calorie milkshake and a Redcon MRE is 800-1500 calories. That’s only two drinks out of potentially 5-8 meals

I absolutely agree with this. It has made the extra calorie consumption for an easy on the go replacement with a homemade mass shake or even meal replacement supp like you mentioned. I do know that there are those that strictly go for whole foods for whatever the reason being. To each their own though.
 
Yeah I think @Wrath said it best, it’s the most common side effect of MK 677. It afts on the hormone that makes us hungry, in order to mimic the release of Gh. Extremely affordable, so it’s not really gonna be something that if it doesn’t work, that you look back on wanting to kick yourself in the teeth over. I think as far as your goals are concerned if has the ability to do some BIG things for you homeboy. Check it out. The key is to make sure you get it from a reputable source.

The vials appear to be crimped correctly as well. The only concern I have is the color of the tren ace and enth. There appears to be no amber color at all. The color of the oils in the tren are much much lighter than I am used to. Has anyone else had this experience as well? Can anyone here vouch for his tren? I have emailed him and am awaiting a response.
They are much lighter than what I was used to. That being said... The tren is still tren. Idk what or why there is a difference in color, but I can vouch for the tren. Couldn't eat shit for 10 weeks and thats what tren does to me,along with amazing strength gains, heartburn and getting shredded while sweating my ass off .
 
I liked it on a calorie deficit for maintaining muscle mass but now I’m seeing similar or better results with Primo. Running Tren is fun but the strength gains from NPP are pretty comparable. I guess the only real unique quality of Tren is that you get both. It’s the only compound where your strength increases despite being in a calorie deficit. It’s just whether the sides and the fucked up bloodwork are worth it. Personally, I’ll only consider running Tren once a year in the spring from now on.

A Primo/Deca or a Primo/NPP cycle would probably produce similar results. Or this mythical DHB unicorn compound that other guys are recommending.
I think DHB is something like twice as anabolic as nandrolone if I remember correctly.
 
Little pip report if anyone cares, I’ve noticed the NPP/TPP at 125mgs has some bite to it. I was using the 100mg old batch and I find it interesting that little of a difference in mg can have that much of an effect, not that it’s much but it’s there. The DHB is virtually unnoticeable, almost like there’s no compound in it o_O

Whatever you did to the DHB this batch is amazing compared to the previous ones.

Thank you guys for the advices, i didn't have so many liquid calories my last bulk and that's one thing i'm going to add on my next and also the homemade cheeseburguers will be an awesome high calorie meal to get more calories some days of the week :p


Not even that many. I don't really count, or add up cals... I just try to eat enough.. but with tren I can barely eat half a meal at any point in the day and I'm stuffed. So I'd only be eating if I have to guess 2,000 cals a day


If tren is something you both are wanting to pursue AND can tolerate it , add more liquid kcals.

Redcon MRE is animal based protein , and each drink is around 500ish calories.

I eat very clean and it’s hard as hell to hit the big numbers without the fats.
