It’s nice to see you helping the young ones out but you forgot to tell him to use hotmail specifically and to include his SSN as his own personal pin that tiggy tits can identify him with.

sit down comfortably in a chair, you can even do this taking a shit, just less sanitary. Feet flat on floor knees bent, take your hand and touch the tip of your pointer finger to the top of your knee. Laying hand flat on top of your quad, right about where the middle of your wrist is on quad is a perfect spot. Find middle of wrist lift up hand inject syringe. If you want you can even move an inch to either side and still have action. If you have any question or think you might hit a vein. Get a flash light. Sitting down in a chair. Turn the light off in the room and set the flashlight aimed down to where the light shows you the underlying part of your skin (veins n shit)I am an old school junkie, not proud of it, but I learned how to find muscle and/or vein even if It was dark outside and all I had was a flashlight to work with. Flashlight is for someone that might be interested in hitting smaller muscles and doesn’t want to nick a vein. You can use it on and body part but to be honest after rubbing the skin down with alcohol swabs multiple times, if you can’t see the veins in your legs than you probably have to high of bf. And should not be using steroids anyway.

Thanks man. I've done my side delts...hit a vein. Got blood in the syringe. Stopped doing the delts. I know hitting a vein is rare but still alarming. Not sure what i did wrong. Delts were my go to. Tried in the ass. I'm not vwry flexible so the needle was moving around quite a bit and asperating was damn near impossible. I've got a shit ton of veins in my quads so i like the flashlight idea.

We all have our past btw. Drank like theres no tomorrow and threw some uppers in the mix so i could drink more. Over two years completely dry.

@Mac11wildcat gave great advice on hitting the glutes and delts. Sit down to do the glutes and rest your arm on a counter top to hit the delts.
 
I have been hearing about the joint issues. Anyone else have this problem too with Winny?

Never had that issue. I'm 40s now and ran it last summer with tren. Ran it in my early 20s too. Makes me strong, fast and shoulders are unbeatable on winny and tren. Now I'm not stupid so if I have an existing issue I don't toss winny on it but if I'm healthy it's fine. Ran it over 8 weeks last year at 50mg ED alongside tren. Liver values in or only a point or so out of range, lipids barely moved. Everyone is different but until the past few years I've never heard so much about winny and joints. I know plenty of people without this issue though run it high enough sure. Hell, 600mg of mast just crashed my E2 and I had to drop aromasin...more joint pain than I've ever had on winny.
