So she came over because she forgot the clothes she had in my dryer and I messaged her they would be on the porch. She showed up with pizza and a movie. The bitch is fucking psycho and I must be psycho to keep putting up with it. But she let me bust a nut and then went home. I’m not for sure if I’m using her for sex or she is using me for sex.
I think she gets off when I start getting mean and kicking her to the curb.
If I’m nice she is a bitch, when I finally start snapping then she gets loveable.
How the fuck do I end up with these crazy bitches.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Work trip this week and been busy lately. Training still good, not optimal but good enough. Diet could be better, had a buddy in but I'll own that...could be worse too. Already tightening things up but hard to find basic gyms with free weights these days sometimes. Brought my belt and stuff anyway. I'll find someplace to pull and squat.
 
For me it’s always been this way. I’ve survived on 4-5 hours of sleep per night for 20+ years.
So I have and recently I’ve been reading that could be hindering my gains. Or do you find that’s enough? Just trying to find out what other people in my situation do

Depends on whether or not you are well rested. Some people need more and some need less. Since I got my CPAP machine I feel good on a few hours. Maybe 5-6 max. I really can't sleep much more unless I'm super tired from the day before.

I’ve always been told that it’s completely unhealthy on every level, from adding to fat gain and not allowing your body to recover, thereby hindering gains as well as leading to strokes and/or heart attacks in the future. But @Roger rabbit said if that’s what your body is used to, it will adapt. I’d be interested in what studies he has seen to prove this.

The fact that people aren’t dropping dead at 60 from poor sleep lol. Most Mr O guys get 5-6hrs a night; in between travel, running businesses, etc. So 8hrs isn’t a requirement for gains, fat loss, etc.
