Give them a passcode unique to each person. Yeah, sounds high tech and I don’t know how to generate it or make it work, but they have to give their passcode through your new email address. So if someone else tries to use someone’s code, they can’t. Just rambling, probably not doable.

I own a company that in 2014 had 12 people working for me and now today I have 8. I went from about 30 sales down to about 17 and I have been less stressed out and making more money. I established myself and charged more, it’s called successful capitalism. You are the one risking hard time and have a lot of liability on the line. I think it’s time for you to stop trying to make friends and scared what some of us will think. I know you know all this, but this is just crazy the backlash you’re receiving. Hell, if you go private and don’t invite me I’ll be ok. Raise the Minimum till you feel your headaches are getting better. I couldn’t imagine waking up to some of the fuckin questions and emails you do..

Same.here...from 92 to 01. I had from 18 to 24 guys employed......i had 6 lines in...1 Gal answered phone to put folks on hold till i got to them. They rang all day.
Sold that in 2001...opened another 1000 miles away from there.
2 employees max...2 lines in.
Smaller population so less walkins.
When i wanted to go somewhere...wr closed.
Sometimes a day or sometimes 2 weeks.
We turned 1.2 m the last year of the busy store....cleared maybe 125000.
Sold my 2nd store in 2009...2008 sales $650,000..
Cleared 245, 000...sometimes less is more.

Amazing how that works. Not to mention the tax part. Last year was my best ytd. It jumped me 3 tax brackets to the top 37%. Dropped 3 drivers this year. If I stay on pace the 250k those drivers would of made me will only cost me a net loss of around 30k after taxes. Not to mention less people to worry about and less paperwork.
