They’ll come back. I’m putting off shoulder surgery even though I shouldn’t. Well to be honest I’m not sure I definitely need it. But few I have talked to say I will.
I just can’t stand the thought of not lifting for however long and losing what I’ve worked so hard for.
Must be nice to have your own gym.Perhaps two months straight of daily shirtless bench videos is too much

Let's start by saying I shouldn't have done it. Mine was a distal clavicle resection, I think also called an achromial decompression. I had it the day after Thanksgiving and took 6 weeks off..lost weight and got fat. I'm making progress and it doesn't hurt, but it sure as hell doesn't feel right. Maybe I will change my tune in a few more months. My mom was a OR nurse of 35 years and warned me of any shoulder surgery..it is so mentally painful to not lift...hopefully all turns out well. I've talked to two guys at my strength gym that have had the same surgery successfully..
